When it takes you 5 minutes to pump 3.54 in gas cause their pumps never work right. And when you say something the worker just shrugs her shoulder. Not the 1st time they don't work!

Closes at 9.. Can you believe that?? What kind of gas station closes at 9PM when they are on route 31. All comes down to pure laziness. I don't even get out of work untill this store closes so I can't even get gas on the way home. What a joke bunch of lazy people run this

Called order two cold subs and onion rings and when I got there they only had my onoin rings they said the sub rolls were frozen so she couldn't make them. She said she called me but no missed calls and my phone didn't even ring so she lied to me

Most food is fresh. They need to learn how to clean though. Way to dirty. U can tell by looking at the candy in front of the registers. They also need to work in cleaning there friers. The oil was so old all u saw was bubbles. Looked like they where frying in dish soap. And lastly. I don't think any of them knows what Fifo means or how it works. So if ur getting the last of what is their. Make sure yo look at the expiration date. Or u might end up buying something that could harm u or worse

Today I called to order a sub was put on hold for seven minutes before I was hung up on. I called back and told the lady I was just put on hold and then was hung up on and she responded with " Oh, we must have lost connection." If I hadn't heard her talking with the other employee (the whole seven minutes I was on hold), and heard the phone being picked up and slammed down, I probably would have believed her. I continued to try to order my sub and was very rudely interrupted. I work around the corner so I order lunch here very often. I've had a couple bad experiences here, but this was the last straw. They have lost my business.

Very disappointed with Brian's inability to provide good customer service and very very displeased with his demeaner when you make a request he acts like he has no clue what your asking or saying. I spend alot of money there every week and today he destroyed my sub forgot half the order and went on to pull his idk what your talking about demeanor. Its not rocket science kid. If your heart isnt in the job its time for a new one. I will be taking my money else where from now on.

I don't agree with the crosby's having scan the back of driver's license to buy beer and alcohol or tobacco this information is privileged and you know sooner or later your systems going to get hacked in my information is going to be out there the $100 or so that I spend a week I will stop spending there if this continues

This place has gone downhill since the new manager came in. I used to come in most mornings before I went to work but she does not have very good customer service skills, she's rather rude and you get the feeling that she has more important things she'd rather be doing than dealing with customers. The only thing that saves the place are the other wonderful workers. I've had no problems with them they're always very nice and outgoing.

Went in to the store and observed the manager yelling at an employee about lines at the register being backed up while she ( the manager) was just standing around on her phone

I got food poisoning from the breakfast sandwiches, I believe an older women served me it. My child bought dip while underage from the same women i presume. Please take immediate action.

I came here a few nights ago for the first time and let me tell you the two employees that were working were so polite and hospitable. 10/10 would go back! It's not too often people are as nice as that guy and girl were!
