This BK is the worst in the whole city of Rochester. I know lately things have changed Covid changed things but when I have to wait five minutes in the drive-through line for a junior whopper and a drink that is uncalled for that is not fast food service and it’s not an isolated incident at this Burger King. There’s no staff. The restaurant is dirty the bathrooms are dirty. It takes five minutes to get a junior whopper with no onions in the drive-through line. It’s just the most horrible experience ever every single time I go there every single time.

Place is trash. Food was terrible. Got sick both times I tried eating there. STANDARDS ARE NOT MET HERE BEWARE B/C This place is private owned which means its Not ran by Burger King which means someone just paid the $50,000 to $70,000 to buy into the Burger King franchise TRYING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK. Got the building and is running it themselves and just pay a quarterly fee to Burger King after that to use there BRAND and LOGO. If the store fails no big thing for Burger King cause they still got there 50 to 70 thousand $ already and whatever quarterly money afterwards with no work on them and the store shuts down no biggie. SO the store is ran by the private owners standards by there rules. I dont bash on private owners but when you run your store like this with no standards This is the review you will get. If you walk into the store and wall up to the register it looks like a ghost town in the back. Only 1 fryer 1 assembly station open boxes everywhere with more empty space than anything back there. It doesn't even look like a kitchen in the back. You could camp out in the back if you wanted. Seriously go look for yourself and then look at other burger king locations. I only go to long pond and pixely road locations. They are owned and ran by Burger King. Always fresh and good food

It is very annoying that every time I order even the simplest things like. For example, one small fry that is 4.99. They have to tell me to go pull in the front and wait for another additional 5 to 10 minutes. Come on, really?

I went to drive through was told they can't hear me to pull up to window so when I got they told me to drive around again and tryplaced my order got one of the new grilled melts got home and they had put 2pieces of plain bread on my burger not grilled or toasted.it was so gross and wet with mayo slopped on and the bread was all broke up.i will never eat there again and now I understand why McDonald's across the street is always super busy and they have no one.me and the only other person in there left.crazy how bad customer service was.and also I dont wanna hear cussing out of a employee when I'm waiting for my food.that used to be grounds for fired but I guess not they don't care
Went to the drive thru when they were not busy. After they took my payment they had me go park at the front door and said they would bring it out. 15 mins of waiting there were 3 other cars now also waiting for their food. Took 20 mins to get 4 breakfast sandwiches!!

Consistently forgets food in the order. The last 3 times I got meals through the drive through they have forgotten parts of the meal. this time however we got one of the offers the 2 burger 2 fries. They forgot a whole burger from the meal. We wont be going to this burger king anymore as this is unacceptable. There is another one nearby that is a bit father but worth actually getting your whole meal.

I left after waiting in line for 10 minutes and none of the employees ever even looked at the counter. Staff was working quickly, but were so severely understaffed that they could only focus on the drive through. I would not bother going during busy times until management hires additional staff.
