Finally had to say “is anyone there?” And someone answered… I asked for a bagel sandwich and the guy said “we ran out of food and we’re closing in 30 minutes”. It was 2pm in the afternoon. I said “really, closing at 2pm?” He said “we’re closing because we’re short staffed.”Amazing. Hope this place closes, sounds like it will soon.

This is by far the BEST Tim Hortons in Rochester. The staff is always so friendly and bubbly. They always make sure my order is right and taken care of. The line is never long so i’m always in and out! Thank you so much to all the staff there you guys all deserve a raise!!

Used to come here quite often but won't anymore. I order a mocha every time and I always take a first sip before leaving. I tasted it and said it was not correct, handed it back and asked them to remake it. Then after 30 seconds a rude associate came up and asked what was wrong with it. I said it tasted more like a regular coffee then the mocha I ordered. She then said she personally made and explained how she put two scoops of chocolate and coffee. I didn't even argue about the fact that it's made with half hot chocolate half coffee and 2 pumps of chocolate. I just said "okay it fine." Then proceeded to hand me the same coffee that I had a sip of and handed back. As everyone knows is against health code. So yeah...

This place is so dirty and disgusting that a single fly was flying around when it’s 17 degrees outside. . It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I will never come back to this location. I won’t even mention the bathrooms. ?

I placed a mobile order at 9:32. I was in the parking lot when I did it. Went inside and waited by the pick-up counter. I ended up waiting until 10am before I said something. All I ordered was an apple fritter and iced capp. No one called a name or number, put it on the pick-up counter. Nothing. It was sitting on their back counter until I said something 30 minutes later!! That is ridiculous and I am absolutely livid. I will not be returning to this location.

Most of my chain reviews just say "its a wendys" but this Tim Hortons is always super friendy and helpful. Today it was Marquise, who did a great job offering food suggestions, because they were out of steak paninis. He was in a jovial mood and it was clear that he enjoys being there. He should get a raise, and corporate should look at what's happening there and help to spread that enthusiasm around.

Went to this location on 4th of July. Women who took order was nice and order came out good. The service was super quick and the employees were all friendly! The cook (not sure of his name) was so nice and made our food in no time! Lots of seating if you want to dine in. The iced vanilla coffee I got with cream (no sugar) was tasty but maybe less cream next time since it was more milky colored. Overall a good experience here even on a holiday!
