I was there around 1230 today (1/17/2024) everything was fine until I got home and started eating my chicken wrap. I bite into the middle and bam. A hair. And before you ask, no. It was not mine. Do you realize how unappetizing that is? When you go to try and call, it says there's a mail box that hasn't been set up yet. That's not what a restaurant is supposed to sound like lol and their website doesn't exist. Needless to say we've had too many bad orders there and this was the last hair ? but in all seriousness no. Never again.

Always great service and food comes out the way it is supposed to. I think this location is the best. I wish they opened a little earlier so i could grab a breakfast sandwich on my way to work. Just the drive thru at 6:30 am for breakfast.

For the drive-through, be prepared for missing items (no large fry) and complete disregard for request that cheese burgers be plain.
This was the first Burger King where the cheese was melted and not cold. The service was great also. Greeted with a smile and professionalism.

Kenny at the counter was amazing. He made sure to get my order right and said "as long as your order is right, that's all that matters" which was very reassuring for a fast food place.I had a large list of items to get for my family and he took his time with me and repeated it back to make sure it was correct. A+ customer service from him!

The guy who introduced himself as Ken, makes me very uncomfortable every time I come. He talks about things I didn't ask about and slows down the line. I'm just tryna get my food, not be a free therapy session. I feel bad for the customers behind me every time. I just cross my fingers and hope the sweet girl at the drive through usually on weekday mornings is there and I don't have to interact with him. She seems to be the most well trained person there. I don't know their name, but she has a buzzed haircut.
