John's steak pizza is one of the best I've had. I highly recommend it. Delivery can take a while so recommend pick up. We've had a couple of mixups with our delivery orders, but their food is amazing so we'll continue to order and stay loyal customers

When it comes to delivery this place is the worse. I have had this happen twice while calling and ordering . When they ask pick up or delivery I tell them delivery give them the address and an hour and a half later call back and they say oh we thought it was for pick up.

Ordered a $9 greek salad that was the size of the palm of my hand. I could not believe how small it was let alone that it was mostly lettuce with barely any toppings.. Staff, a younger girl was rude as hell when I questioned it. The attitude was just ridiculous. Ordered a slice which was cold. Didn't even ask if I wanted it warmed. Never had issues at the other location on the blvd. Won't be going to the one on Campbell again.

I put in an order hours ahead of time on their website to pick up for a party. I got there when the order was scheduled, and they barely acknowledged my existence. My order wasn't ready. The sub wasn't even started. After 10 minutes, I asked about how much longer the order would be. The guy at the register again didn't acknowledge my question. After another few minutes, he finally said it would be a few more minutes. I ordered ahead to avoid a wait. I understand that Friday nights are busy. I ended up waiting for a lot longer than expected because this restaurant couldn't manage their time. The worst was that there wasn't any type of apology or expectation set for a wait when I arrived. If you can't handle scheduled online orders, that shouldn't be a feature on your website. Edited to add: The pizza that took so long to get was also burnt to the point pieces of it were inedible.

I always enjoy my meals from this John's. I typically like to order the hot subs and the cheesy Buffalo chicken bread. When I fell like mixing it up and doing something different than my usual spots; I get John's. I also enjoy their pizza and wings. I've never had an issue with this location and the customer service has always been consistent.

Sometimes the staff is abrupt and a bit rude. We go every week, and like the pizza, but they could use some consistency with training staff to be pleasant.
Been a customer here for over 16 years. Seen many different people working there and going thru different eras of customer service and as of this review's date they are in a good spot! Get a steak sub here usually at least once per week. I Loove steak subs from here. Had pizza many times and it's always good. Not my favorite but never dissatisfied. Definitely recommend to anyone to try! ???

Have been ordering from John's for 10+ years and always recommend to other people. Service has definitely gone down. Always missing items and the final straw was a completely burnt sub. How is this even acceptable to anyone working there to allow this to leave the pizzeria? Maybe wouldn't have burnt if the workers weren't goofing in the window the whole 10 mins I waited in my car.

Had the Big Mac Pizza and the Tomato Spinach Pizza last night at a party. Both were exceptional!!!! Big Mac tastes exactly like one!
