Very impressed the soul food great shrimp and grits! The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We were also told entertainment is coming back again soon, which is a needed venue on the north shore! Highly recommend:)

Why have I waited so long to try this place. That is the only disappointment. So for uniqueness let's start with the other patrons. Everyone hanging out here is so nice. Offering suggestions, saying hi, and having a good time. Fun place. Very friendly. The decor was fun and party like. If I was younger I would have got up to dance but I worked all day and was happy to bounce in my seat. The staff was very attentive. Wanted to know about us first. Is it our first time here? Are we from the area? Then due to new management, then asked if throughout the night we had any requests, feedback or suggestions to please let them know. Our server Michael was awesome. When I asked for his recommendation for wings he was spot on. I was a little hesitant about the food. I love southern food. So how is a resturant in Glen Cove going to do ribs and collard greens and keep me happy? The ribs fell off the bone. The sauce was perfectly sweet and charred. The mashed potatoes must have been made with a ricer or through a cheese cloth. The chicken was perfect. Crispy and juicy. My son loved the salmon. But the Plantains were the best I ever had. Hookah available which I don't partake in but the bar was great. If you haven't been here, get here.

Went to eat at Bleu Clarinet last night with bubba first time there and I can gladly say I will definitely be back, the food was exquisite so goddamn tasty, so much flavor. I'm happy there's finally a soul food place nearby I'm tired of going all the way to queens for it. Went to eat at Bleu Clarinet last night with bubba first time there and I can gladly say I will definitely be back, the food was exquisite so goddamn tasty, so much flavor. I'm happy there's finally a soul food place nearby I'm tired of going all the way to queens for it. I got the Authentic Haitian Griot with a side of Mac and cheese, yellow rice and sweet plantains, David got the Chicken Cajun Rasta & Pasta, we got the fried Calamari as an appetizer before but we were so hungry I forgot to take a pic before we started eating. But the fried Calamari was bussin bussin and there was this sweet spicy sauce that came with it woowee my mouth is watering just thinking about it. We got so full by the entrees we had to take it home to finish but we got a peach cobbler AND MY LORD AMEN THAT PEACH COBBLER WAS DOING SOMETHING ELSE FOR ME LIKE MY GOD highly recommended to everyone in the glen cove area and around, the atmosphere is quite nice, there's a bar for people 21+ but either than that the service was great, honestly 10/10 for me. P.S they even have oxtail every now and then so I'll DEFINITELY be back. P.S.S almost forgot to mention, the portions were bigger than expected, actually exceeded my expectations!!!!

My friend and I were here on Sunday 9/19/21 evening and we had a fabulous time! First and foremost the Live Jazz band was on fire! ? The food was delicious, we ordered the fried fish strips, chicken and waffles, and we both had the macaroni and cheese. Cocktails were good as well. Gio our waiter was on point, he was attentive and friendly. I recommend this place and will definitely be back.

My husband and I was here yesterday. The food was excellent and very tasty! Just the right size portions. The rum punch taste great. The staff was very polite and friendly towards us. We told them we were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and the staff give us a few well wishes including a shout out from the DJ. The music was great, throughout the whole time we were there. We are definitely hitting this spot again!
