My wife ordered a fresh homemade half vanilla, half chocolate ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. Woman asked what colors and she said pink and purple. When wife arrived at the store, an all white cake was taken out of the freezer without any writing, with 4 pink smarties candy in each corner. On top of that, the lady said cake was all chocolate. Should have walked but gave her a chance. She proceeded to write happy birthday on the cake in a sloppy way. Should have walked out again but tried to be nice and support local businesses - never again!! PLUS CASH ONLY? This is why carvel works.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We went in to place an order for a cake 1 week in advance come to find out she never made the cake or even cared to give us a call to let us know until 1 day before we were going to pick up our order. This cake was suppose to be for an engagement party which her rely was "People are still getting married?"... Extremely unprofessional. Yes you can get a cake anywhere but to have someone not call and inform you and you have to call the day before the pick up that there is an issue is concerning. She also did not want to help us in any sort of way or even try to offer us anything else, all she had to say was "There is other places to get cakes". Would not recommend this place to anyone and if you do order from here please be aware when ordering and make sure you check in that your order is actually ready.

Needed a cake for my daughters birthday ...this was my first time going in this place as I've heard so much about it over the years. Was able to get a delicious cake that same day! I ordered it at noon and was able to pick up a few hours later. She told me to pick any two flavors from the many flavors she had...I picked the colors...it turned out lovely!! I picked the spumoni and the cappuccino brownie...both were delicious!! My family kept asking where I got this cake and we'll definitely be back for more

Stopped by with the family last weekend and the lovely owner was kind enough to let us sample a few flavors. Everything was absolutely delicious! We had the moose tracks, mocha and raspberry. The spumoni was also delicious and will definitely be added to the next order. This is the best ice cream we've had in a long time and we can't wait to go back!
