I have been here a number of times and service has been okay. Well I am pregnant and am sick currently. I ordered from door dash and called asking for extra chips and salsa in the bag. (they are completely free for more in restaurant) I asked just for more not tons extra. The phone went down the girl asked next thing you know i'm on hold and muted and next thing she is back and can do it for $5. Like seriously. Chips and salsa cost you a weekly customer. I am so upset. I am pregnant and sick and just wanted chips with my $70 order. Never again. Hope that's worth it. Be cheap and have bad customer service.

The place is big, clean but you don't feel the warmth of a Latin place, the food is not 100% Mex, it is more like Tex Mex, their prices in my taste are high and do not justify it, the bar has nothing to do with a Latin bar, they do not have recipes for good drinks or cocktails that identify them....

I have been coming here since they opened and the food is good. Lately the service has gotten quite bad and I am not sure why. It seems as if the servers do not care to be here or to do their job. Some dynamic has changed here. As an example, I just had a dinner with my wife and the place is empty. We needed to wait 15 minutes for a server to come over and then 10 minutes for our draft beers to arrive after we ordered them. The waiter acted as if he was doing a favor helping us. Hopefully they can get back to the way it was when it first opened because it used to be much better than it is now.

We have been dining at Jalisco since we moved to Glen Cove 1 1/2 years ago.The food is delicious and is always served hot.The atmosphere is is so welcoming and upbeat.The waiters, waitresses and bus boys are friendly and always willing to answer questions.I must mention Oswaldo, who has waited on us many times and he is always polite, friendly and eager to help us decide what try.We bring friends here as well and they too love Jalisco!Wheelchair accessibility: My husband used a walker and Jalisco is easily accessible.

Food was good! The waiter was not!!Pasquala( I think that was his name) seemed pre occupied. Didnt ask if all was ok until the "bus girl" saw me looking around the room for help. At that point if was really too late. I asked the bartenter for another Margarita... the waiter wasnt around. Would have liked a side of guac to go with my meal... the waiter wasnt around....Normally we tip well. Today we tipped based on the amount suggested on the check.

Just outstanding food and drinks and service. This joint is a hidden gem in Glen Cove. Our first time here and the food and drinks are delicious. You can't go wrong coming here we will definitely be back with all of our daughters. The beers and drinks are fantastic. I love it here.
