I have a gluten allergy and can't have bread. So I ordered the "heart attack sandwich" (3 eggs, bacon, ham, sausage cheese on a hero) with no hero. The sandwich costs $9.99. I was told I have to order the ingredients separately and pay 16.99. I will never order from here again.

All the workers are pleasurable & rarely get an order wrong. My things from there are. A b,e,c on a roll s,p,k. Half pound of macaroni salad & ham & Swiss on a roll with mayo lettuce tomatoes & red onion. Garlic bagel toasted with cream cheese. Coffee is awesome

The knish was pretty good, but very thin and flat. I guess to make it cook faster? It tasted like French toast. Didn't have any stuffing for some reason.LEO (lox, egg, onion) on plain bagel was fantastic, except for the bagel itself. Gummy. Probably needs to be toasted to be halfway decent. But there's plenty of great food in between the bagel halves. Also gotta knock some points off inefficient nonsensical and confusing restaurant layout, slow service despite 8+ people behind the counter, low employee morale, and a slight feeling of, "why are you here bothering me? Go away."6.3 / 10Parking: Plenty of parking in the plaza

My review is based on the cream cheese lox spread.I really feel like they cut corners and cheap out on the loc. This is basically just cream cheese with a little bit of chopped pieces of lox mixed in, not enough to rely taste as a mix spread.

I texted in my order a bacon eggs and cheese sandwich I got a text messages saying it would be ready in an hour for 1 sandwich is insane I picked up my order at the time that was texted to me with my order confirmation and my food was cold I will no longer spend my money in a place that service and food quality out way the long lines and inconvenience of either waiting in line for an hour for breakfast or cold food

Place is utter garbage. Workers are literally useless. The text in service is trash. Bagels and food quality has gone WAY down. Go spend your money elsewhere

The bagel I received was both stiff and chewy at the same time. Convinced the north shore doesn’t have any good bagels. I also got a strawberry nesquick, meanwhile the bottle smelled like gasoline.

The bagel I had was good , but the vegetable cream cheese would be better called pepper cream cheese . Just because you put in three kinds of peppers doesn't mean that it's vegetable cream cheese . Cut down on the peppers add some celery , onions or green onions , and maybe carrots . It really turned me off . The service was pleasant but slow . The customer in front of me ordered his food but didn't know what his friend on the phone wanted . So when his guy went to fix his food , the gentleman who was waiting on me took this other man's order for his friend on the phone . With the store full of people , it isn't the smartest thing to have two people waiting on one person . Haven't decided if I'll go back yet .

Very nice store to buy one or a dozen.

My absolute favoriteBacon Egg Cheese- Egg Everything. But $7.65!!!! As much as I enjoy the meal that’s not strategically cost-efficient. I paid $4.50 in 2020-2021. Price hike hasn’t jumped that *moon-ish”
