As I mentioned earlier this week, I am leery of reviewing chains because each franchise is different.My previous experience with Naz was not a pleasant one due to the gentleman behind the counter, surly and unattentive. However, the young gentleman behind the counter at the Naz of Glen Cove was extremely cordial and welcoming.The food was not extraordinary, but it was bad. It was 4 stars which to me is a B. Not bad. I had a combo over rice which I ate heartily.Parking: What an odd parking lot. Hard to navigate.

The Middle Eastern food here is mediocre at best, and definitely lacks flavor and absolutely no ambience. If you're eating at the restaurant ,more like a takeout spot, falafels were dry I don't think I would be coming back here again.

Great experience here at Naz’s Halal Glen Cove. Their chicken sandwich was very good, and their chicken and rice are well above than the competitors. The staff was very welcoming too. Great for late night munching! 10/10
Inedible - as a vegetarian I ordered the falafel rice bowl. The falafel was so solid I needed a metal knife to cut it. Then, after finally getting bite size piece, the falafel was so salty it left my mouth tingling.The rice good.

I hate to say it, but I agree with most of the recent reviews on here..and had to leave my two cents. This place used to be AMAZING when they first opened. Genuinely friendly staff, the food was always fresh, they actually filled the containers, and always gave as many sauces on the side as you needed. Oh yeah, they used to pick up the phone too and actually listen to you when you requested something. I don't know what happened but all of the above mentioned things just don't exist anymore. I can't find one reason to return here.

1st ordered a gyro sandwich and it was skimping out on the chicken... Strange for a halal spot to do this i thought.Now it was my 2nd time coming here and ordered combo over rice... This time they gave me more salad than rice and again VERY LITTLE meat....Also lied to me about their falafel being made fresh in house, which it isn't. They just fry frozen product...Take away: stingy with protein and sauces...
