I love Ralphs. My favorite thing to get here is the Ralphacchino. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from and the customer service is always amazing !

The entire frontside of the store was been sprayed with bleach and dripped onto our clothes as we ordered. There was no sign posted, nor were we told that the area was sprayed. I will be sending the bill to this location for new pants.
Very long wait. Girls are inattentive. They have bad attitude as if you’re doing them a favor by coming there. Slow and lazy. Very disappointing experience. Will not return ever. Would travel to other locations with better service

I haven’t been to Ralph’s in some time but The price for Two small ices was $10. I know prices have increased for everything but I don’t know how this increase is justified. a small used to be $2.50 and now doubled. Getting ice cream at the supermarket for now on…response to the owner, gas prices fluctuate on a daily basis which is expected. Menu prices on food never/rarely decrease in price they only go up!

I mean listen, I love Ralph's, but this location itself is a one-star. They're always out of so many options and the new tv boards don't reflect what they don't have (like the old boards they would just tape over flavors), so I'm sure the kids working there are probably so sick of having to tell customer after customer, but they are just really rude about it. I feel bad, those kids are always miserable and really lack basic customer service etiquette.
