This place has gone downhill since it first opened. Half the handles didn’t even have flavors, and half the flavors that were there were out of stock. I attempted to use the birthday cake froyo and dispensed a runny yellow liquid all over my cup. I looked around for staff and could only see the Subway employees. I went to use a different flavor and after dispensing it into my bowl, noticed that there was a long human hair coming out of the machine and into my frozen yogurt. The employee at check out was fine and she told me that the birthday cake was out of stock that’s why it was runny (there was no sign indicating that). I told her about the hair as well and I assume she went and addressed that. Overall very overpriced for a mediocre-at best establishment.

Disappointed they didn't have the classic tart flavor! It's literally the only reason I chose frozen yogurt over ice cream. (Healthy is not the reason because I add sweet things.) The customer service was good, except at the end, she quickly placed my spoon on the scale. I've never seen this happen at the myriad of places I've tried as an avid frozen yogurt eater, and whether or not she did anything wrong, it strikes me as SUS??. HONESTLY, I only even came to this location because it was not as busy, but I think I understand why that is the case now.One more thing, I normally like to stack my frozen yogurt with fruit, and this place only had blueberries.Those were the cons, but the pro is that there is a subway in the same building so I suppose you could come here if you wanted lunch and dessert in one trip. The mango flavor was delicious... but without tart, I will not give it the benefit of the doubt again.

Staff was very nice. My kids always feel welcome here. Clean. Pay by weight, so be careful haha. New fro-yo shakes available. Provided extra spoons. Excellent selection - ice cream, oat based, sorbet, fro yo. So many choices. Food labels are right next to the products. Excessively great amount of fun toppings. Appreciate that hot fudge is gluten free. Has to go items. Kids have fun pulling the handles on their own. Comes out fast! Plenty of eat in spaced out or all the "to go" items are stocked and ready. Enjoy.

This place is frozen yogurt style self serve ice cream and toppings. They had 3 vegan flavor options. They just partnered with oatly to make vegan options and those are delicious! I had Chai Tea flavor when I was there.
