Haven't eaten here during a typical dinner time, only occasional lunches and late day visits.Service experience at this location is best described as hit or miss. Food has never been cold - never been unwell from it.TV screens are versatile and well placed in the bar area. The volume has always been acceptable.Taps are typical generic domestics, and the others occasionally rotate (unsure the schedule).Formal dining area is open and clean, the windows could use a rinse.Parking: Eight spots shared with vendor strip mall. Two disabled van access, Four to Go parking. Some parking around back for side entrance.

I went last Thursday and the waitress was just so incredible. She had the most amazing personality and she helped us figure out everything we could've possibly wanted. She was patient and bubbly and my family will remember the name renna for a long time thanks to her. It was a big night for me and my girlfriend and she was just incredible. Can't thank her enough.

Burger pink inside and not well done. I asked associate for silverware. She told me it was in the bag. When I went to eat, no silverware in bag. Just lazy
Although the food was fair, the price was extreme and it cuts the waiters tip short due to the high prices. My order was $72 with a kids order.. a bit high . Thankfully waitress Hailey was a very pleasant and professional young lady.

It has been a while since I have visited this location and I am a local resident to this location. I try to stay away as much as possible as the food and the service are generally horrible. My family decided they wanted to go here, so I decided to give it another shot and received exactly what I thought. I ordered nachos and got them cooked so deeply that they were burnt. How do you even have the audacity to even bring that the the table.Additionally, they had been sitting around so long waiting for the tables rest of food that they were called when they arrived at the table. I saw a friend of mine at the bar so I decided to go visit them for a while and explain that I had the worst food ever, and one of the staff commented, "welcome to Chili's". So I assume it is a running daily joke. I tried to give it a chance, but the food was so bad it made my physically ill. Will not return to this location as the food and staff are a horrible joke and apparently getting people ill is of no concern to them.
