I’m not the one the give reviews but my boyfriend and i went here and was told bread would be another 10 minutes so we went back to the truck and waited. i sent my boyfriend in and had him order me a blt. i get home and it’s just bacon? no tomato no lettuce. it’s kinda funny cause it’s still really good but damn jersey mikes why do me like that ??

I ordered online. Everything went through fine. They said they couldn't fine the order I already paid for. 20 minutes later they found my order but didn't have the drink item I asked for. So I called and they refused to answer the phone. If this was the first time I'd let it slide but this kind of thing happens here all the time. Also ordered with out mayo... allergic to mayo. It's a nice clean store with good food. Looks like they need more help.
Ordered 2 stickball subs from the Glenmont Ny store and got home to only having cheese lettuce and mayo. No meat what so ever. Tried calling the store all night no one answered. Emailed corporate still have not heard anything. Piss poor management. Won’t order from that store again

This place has had exceptional service and the food quality is ALWAYS there. Hot cold or otherwise my food from this place has always been spot on and the staff has always been great. My only negative experience i had was a bus of people came one time and even though i was ahead of half of them (they trickeled in) i was served last with my hot food visibly waiting 4-5 minutes before it was moved further. I do not hold any bad feelings on this as this was a fluke and has never happened before or again. Highly advise this store for anyone looking for quality sandwiches hot or cold.+10 points for Miss Vickies BBQ chips also.

This place is simply incapable of getting a Grubhub order correct. Last week forget the peppers and onions on a steak sandwich with peppers in onions. After the poor driver set there for 35 minutes waiting Tonight, forgot the brownie. My wife complained. Then I got home and found out they forgot the bacon on my #8 CLUB sandwich. But since she already complained, we couldn't complain again. Not sure we will order from them again.

Just picked up my sub from Glenmont. Who would want to eat a sub that is wrapped & stuffed in a bag like this!? Oh yeah…. $20+ later!

This place is run by incompetent irresponsible children who look like they don't want to be there. The service is ridiculously slow. I once waited a half hour for a pick up order that I had shown up for 15 minutes after the pick up time given, knowing how slow the staff is. The 12 year old looking manager told me when they get busy in house they just ignore online orders. I won't be going back as the staff there is incompetent slow and rude.
