This was my favorite pizza place period. they received several awards doing a great job now they cut their sizes in half and their food is half as good as what it used to be ;quality wise and quantity. But the prices certainly went up... Sad to say it... but I will be moving on to a different pizza place period. they forgotten about the people that made them great! so too bad Goodbye.

This was our favorite pizza and sub go-to for years. But it's changed, and quality is diminished. Pizza tastes like they're now using inferior Mozzarella cheese, subs have less meat on them, and dessert portions have been cut in half. I realize food costs are grossly inflated, but this restaurant is successful enough not to be petty like this. It's also ruining their reputation for great food.

The customer service and attitude of the people who work here shocks me, they have a condescending attitude and never seem to take accountability for mistakes. Never a single apology for the 2 times my order was messed up and once HAIR in my pizza. This place has gone down hill with the quality and prices are going UP. Will not be back unfortunately.
This is hands down one of the best pizza's you can get in upstate. If you have not made it in and tried the New Haven style, this is your sign!
