It's a subway and it did what it needed to do on our way back to North Carolina! The service was fantastic they were super nice. As for the atmosphere it's not the place that I would stay to eat, it's a subway and a mini stripmally/shopping center kind of like place.

Poor customer service the tuna always looks dry and ugly the bread and cookies always hard . Slow poor communication . I wish there was another subway shop near by would definitely skip this

The food here was amazing they had all the veggies I needed. The worker made the food real fast and the process went smoothly. The seating outside is real nice and the view is not bad too.

I order ahead on the app and when I arrived was told my order was not received even though it was paid for. The employee told me there was nothing they could do and would have to pay for the sandwiches again even though I had my receipt. Another customer was there with me and had the same exact issue. We both used a promo code to get one foot long free. The owner of this store clearly does not care about the customer whatsoever and I will not be returning.

The sign says it opens at 9 o’clock and it’s already 10:50 A.M. door is still local what the heck not the first time this happened just lock your doors and go out of business already if you can’t open on time

DO NOT STOP!!!! Iwas really in the mood for a $5 foot long.... Ok ok they're more like $10 foot longs now. So I saw the sign while driving on the highway. Easy on off with Amble parking - located in a little plaza near the train station. But this is where the positive vibes end. I would post Zero stars if I could actually negative stars if I could wow rude rude rude Whoever owns, this location should be embarrassed by the actions of the employees at the spot . The woman working I'm assuming 30 mid 30s dark hair dark complexion on Tuesday, October 25 at 1:15 is one of the rudest people I've ever met in Customer Service . Subway policy corporate wide, is to wash your hands and change your gloves between handling money and food and actually it's between customers as well. Now I have a food allergy, but still love to enjoy subway when I can, and asked this woman to change her gloves and between making my sandwich, since the customer before me paid cash and she was handling money, there was no one else in the restaurant instead of obliging and doing what she should've been doing in the first place. She got snappy with me and said "why" To which I responded because I have a food allergy then she walked away, speaking to someone in the back. This was not going to go well, SO I WALKED OUT. Even the people in front of me- she was cashing out she was being extremely rude to them also. They were having a hard time understanding her and she was getting snippy with them also. I can't imagine how you can treat people this way in any business. Just absolutely ridiculous.

Subway is one of the places you can get something anytime you are hungry. Had many mornings and nights subs here.
I come here BEFORE I get my groceries. Otherwise I will buy the whole store. lol
Horrible service. Unhelpful and rude. Worst Subway experience ever. Would rate them a zero if I could.
