I placed an order at 9 am. They were so slammed with orders due to Passover that pickup wasn't available until 9:30 am. I walked over 3 times at 9:30, 9:45 & 10:30 and the coffee and donut I ordered still wasn't ready. By 11 am, I gave up. I get that the place was busy, but it was just a coffee and a donut!

Dunkin Donuts maybe a popular place and America indeed does run on Dunkin but they need to hire better staff because I work 5 days a week 7-4 at my Job and when I was about to order a doughnut a idiot customer interrupts while I'm about to order and she helped that customer instead of me. They get my lowest review because I use to love this place but they need to get better customer service and THAT GOES DOUBLE FOR PEOPLE WHO COME IN AND BOTHER ME OVER A STUPID CHAIR. Just take the chair.
