Unless you can sleep in 77-80 degree room dont stay here. AC doesnt work in winter and even if you turn off heat it doesnt get less than 77.First off the valet guy with grayish hair threw a temper-tantrum because I pulled in the exit entrance never been here before he threw his hands up etc, was so unprofessional and was not going to tip him.Then the check in took like 15 minutes because we had booked on expedia.The room was nice BUT since it is winter you cannot turn on the AC we got to the room it was 79 we turned on cool for AC to cool room down, when we returned it was now 80 degrees!!! They said you have to turn the system to off since cool or heat only does heat in the winter. Had terrible time trying to sleep because it never got lower than 77 degrees in the room and they brought us a huge fan to try and help. Never heard of any kind of hotel that you cant use AC in winter to cool room. Would definitely not stay again due to this ac problem.Other than that was nice looking has a bar downstairs, shower works good bed was ok.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, room service was a 10/10 food was delicious, compliments to the chef he takes pride in his craft! I have never met so many people who take pride in the hospitality industry. Jennifer noguera was the sweetest most accommodating manager I have ever met. She was amazing. Gabby the bartender was also super sweet and made the best drinks haha!

We had a wonderful experience at Inn at Great Neck. They helped us plan a wonderful birthday banquet for our 12 year nephew. Jennifer was awesome to work with. She accommodated us to the best of her ability. Very responsive and personable. Mike S. In Valet was equally as awesome. He was always attentive and willing to assist. Great people. We selected the Inn at the Great Neck for our accommodation and our child's birthday celebration.The place is very welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and offer all amenities. Housekeeping is done there every day.The restaurant offers varied and hearty meals. The service is extraordinary. It's impossible not to appreciate the different servers.As for the event, everything was perfect! The room was perfect with its colors. The service was impeccable and the food excellent: the salmon and shrimp are a must.In short, we had a wonderful stay and created unforgettable family memories.Congratulations to the whole team.A special thank you to Jennifer Noguera for her extraordinary professionalism.?❤️?

Rooms: As this is an older property, my room was in very good condition .. had an issue with shower and sink drains being clogged , but an engineer came up immediately, I guess to confirm it because it was still clogged hours later..Rooms are clean and well appointed.. linen is crisp and the heat was HEATING!! Room service was on point, request a microwave if you need one.. complimentary brkfst..24 hr valet parking is $18 a night..regular parking is scarce! I felt safe and secure

My daughter got married last month (at Marina del Ray) and I chose the Inn at Great Neck to accommodate 75 guests from outside of the NYC area. Jennifer N., the Sales Manager, diligently worked to get a fair group rate and she attended to every special request I had - handing out welcome gift bags to guests upon arrival, accommodating charter buses to transport guests to our venue, a customized menu for the post wedding breakfast brunch that we had at the Inn at GN. Staff were friendly and competent, and the hotel decor was lovely and clean! But a special acknowledgement goes out to Jennifer N; I would highly recommend this hotel and ask for Jennifer - she's a gem!!

Little was known of the Inn at Great Neck until I visited the venue then decided that the venue would be perfect for a 50th birthday party. The team at Inn at Great Neck are highly professional, detail oriented, and well organized. Jennifer, Social Sales Manager was very accommodating and helped immensely in creating a meaningful experience. She supported us through the event - from menu planning to providing seating layouts, and décor. The costs were not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend the Inn at Great neck for your next event.

Jennifer Noguera was wonderful to deal with for reserving our room for our brunch right after our daughter’s wedding. The room reservation process was seamless for our block of rooms and the hotel was very nice. The person at the front desk when we arrived on Saturday evening, however, was a bit difficult, and so we were not impressed by that, however, the valet gentlemen and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Definitely recommended but think their front desk person might need a bit more training

Uninterested and not attentive front desk staff. Waited almost 20 min for the valet guy to get our car so we could leave. Front desk guy sat there watching us on his phone and kept saying “he must be getting another car” but nobody else was in the lobby. Unorganized and no sense of urgency. Rooms are fine and bed was comfy but won’t return because of the check our experience.Rooms: Effort into updates is appreciated.
