Amazing Steakhouse just as anyone would expect from a top of the line Steakhouse from service, to food, and to ambience. I would highly recommend it.

This place had some good food and some alright food. I eat everything from the finest cuisine to the most average food so my palate is diversified enough to tell what is Great and what is mediocre. The alcoholic drinks were too strong. The service was 5 star and the ambiance was excellent. I don't go just for service and ambiance I go for food and therefore I may not be going here again. The legendary hot chocolate cake was amazing and the portion of the entrees sizes were acceptable.

Positives: service from front desk, reception, waitress, manager, entire staff is professional and welcomingFilet mignon and lobster tail combo is a winner. The Troy (mushroom/onions), special potatoes, jumbo crab cake, free bread with butter, lobster bisque are all winners.Improvements: charged $3 for house sauce, should be included. Dampens the mood to see it when Bill is already $$$$. Maybe I'd want a second sauce charge for that.Sundae presentation is beautiful, but too much whip cream. If served in a bowl would be easier to see how much ice cream to cake ratio there is. Ended up eating too much ice cream early and left with too much cake without ice cream to wash it down with.Ambience tad on the darker side, saw some ppl needed use flashlight to read menu. Part of the atmosphere but could help for elders to have another soft light.Satisfying and happy feeling.

Atmosphere and service was great.Had the Valentine’s Day dinner. The lobster tail was delish, but the NY Strip was not as tender or flavorful as it should have been. Sorry took me so long to complete the review.. I was flossing the tough steak ?Valet was nice. Bartender and staff were amazing. The bar/lounge area was nice and comfortableI would definitely return, but won’t get the NY Strip steak.

I usually never rate restaurants 5 stars but this place was amazing I have no complaints. Everything I ordered was good & so did my partner. & this is our first time here. We both liked our meals, although the complimentary bread was a lil dry & wasn't too warm. I've def had better rolls. But I'll still give it 5 stars lol . Plus the customer service was good. The first drink I ordered didn't like much & our waiter kindly took it off our bill. It also came out to be very reasonable. An order of steak & lobster & salmon w/ Mac & cheese, creamed spinach & au gratin potato sides & 4 drinks in total w/ an appetizer & dessert. All came out to be under $300! I was expecting it to be pricier than that. Idk why there are so much negative reviews. Glad I didn't let that deter me & experience it for myself. I'd def come back again. Hopefully it won't be beginners luck.

Dinner

Excellent as always. The Cajun Ribeye is one of the best steaks in any Steakhouse, the Seafood Tower was fresh and delicious, and the service and hospitality were fantastic as always.

Morton's has for many years been one of our favorite restaurants to go to for delicious dry aged steaks along with everything else on their menu, but this visit was a big disappointment! The appetizers were very good, the salad was lacking taste and the dry aged rib eye steaks, which we ordered medium rare came out rare to raw without any sear on them, since the waiter didn't check on us for quite a while, we just asked to have our meal packaged to-go bag and the check.

The sides such as baked potato and french fries are way overpriced !!!! Potatoes remain the cheapest food item in the grocery store. Restaurants buy them in large quantities and there is no reason to rip off customers no matter how wealthy they are.

The food was absolutely amazing! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the ribeye tastes amazing. The lobster Mac-n-cheese was the best I've ever had! Overall, it was a great experience.

Morton's has usually been my go to steak house. But unfortunately, over the years it has gotten worse. I come multiple times a year and every year for my birthday for the last 5 years. But now I will no longer go. The food was flavorless and bland, not to mention the came out more warm than hot. They used to do the porter house for two on a large sizzling plate which still kept the meat hot while sitting on the table. It came out on a plate they use for filet mignon(much smaller plate) and the steak seemed like it was sitting under the heat lamp for about 20 minutes before served, and let's say the portion on the porter house for two, was for one above average size person. The service was ok but for what you pay, you expect to be treated like you're sitting in an expensive steak house. No where near the place they used to be, the taste for the cost is not on the same level. The only thing that still tasted the same was the bread. Everything from the apps to the coffee was mediocre and tasteless. Unfortunately, Morton's of great neck, is not worth it anymore.

my boyfriend and I booked and we had to wait 50 minutes before sitting down, we ordered two steaks, I filet mignon and he a prime rybe with asparagus and brussols sprous on the side and his steak had not been cooked as requested and the my meat wasn't hot, also I asked to take the brussols sprouts home and they never brought them back. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I had requested both in person and by phone to bring a slice of cake with a candle and this was not done. very disappointed about my experience at this restaurant and of course I will not return again.

Went for Valentine's Day dinner. Even with a reservation, waited 30 minutes for a table, 20 minutes for drinks and over an hour for our dinner after we ordered it. Tables came and went around us as we waited and waited

I understand it was Valentines Day and they were busy, but I can confidently assume that 99% of the customers who entered the restaurant that day had reservations. Therefore Morton's should have been staffed accordingly. If they want to open the doors and take in 50-60k that day, they should not provide slow service and cold food.
