Sushi palace was always mid until my past few experiences with them. Ever since this place changed the owner the place has been much cleaner, great service, and great quality of sushi. The all you can eat is great also with fresh sushi and free desserts as well. The new manger is very nice as well. Sushi palace is one of the best sushi restaurants on middle neck rd. Highly recommend 5 stars, I will be back!
A really great sushi buffet! It was easy to get seated even though it was a Saturday night, and the servers were patient and quick. Sushi was fresh and marbled. The white tuna and the scallops were especially good. The sashimi were thickly cut and certain orders were personally seasoned by the chef. The fried appetizers like calamari and tempura were hot, crispy and flavorful.
