I mobile order and I left the house and the drive thru line was already long. It took me a good 30 mins to get up and tell them my name then a good 10 mins for me to get my food. Unfortunately I didn't have time.

Usually this Dunkin is fine but our most recent trip I ordered a gingerbread oat milk latte and the guy made it right beside the fact the oat milk was normal milk and I’m lactose intolerant so that would have sucked. So I went back in and someone else went to make it and they made it completely wrong and super watered down. Donuts were good but overall bad experience. drink never got fixed so 6 dollars for a drink I dumped down the drain.

I come here every morning around 10am for my lunch break. Which is usually completely wasted waiting in line at the drive through even when there’s only 1-2 cars. Not only is my food almost always wrong, or I’m missing something I was charged for, the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. Every. Single. Time. I never write reviews but just couldn’t help myself with how rude they are.

As usual the latte and donuts were great! This is our favourite spot. I only gave three stars because the bathroom was disgusting. There were others in line so I didn’t want to say anything.

I always like this location, orders always correct and doesn’t take too long in the drive thru. However they were closed today on a Sunday at 7:45am but there was no sign or anything letting you know. They had a line of cars trying to order but no one was there! Can you please put a sign up on your drive thru menu maybe if you’re closed?? It would save some confusion!

I am not sure I will ever return to this location. Previously I ordered my coffee and when I got to work I had a cup of hot water. Today I ordered coffee with mocha and cream. The worker repeated mocha and cream. I said yes. I get to work today and now I have 1 cream and 1 milk. No mocha. What gives? Avoid 834 Long Pond Dunkin if you want a correct order. Employees at my work have stories as well.
This location has been going downhill for some time now. Slowest of service. And today, for some reason, the lobby is closed(?) and only the drive-thru available.I'm not even gonna give it another try.

So I usually go to Tim hortons across the street for my breakfast before work they are way faster & never mess up my order but today I was craving Dunkin’ & wen you are pregnant you can’t ignore your cravings first of I waited about 25 minutes in line very slow service to just get my order & it was messed up i got a completely different sandwich with bacon instead of sausage & no sugar in my coffee terrible couldn’t go back to wait another hour cause I had to go to work & I been trying to call to tell them but no one is answering I want my money back & on top of that they charge 1$ for free water only place I know that charges for free water
