We get kfc often this is the first time I have been disappointed with the serving portions of the meal. We got the 16 piece meal with the four sides each side bowl was literally half full usually the four sides is plenty for five people only way to make it stretch was a little over a teaspoon a piece , so disappointed.
This is the best ran KFC I've been too in Rochester. I always am greeting professionally and everyone there has a positive attitude. This management team has created a great culture. There is a Wendys not far away that is horrible and it comes down to the people and the leadership. You should be proud of this crew.

When I go to the Greece KFC I always go in. I am greeted warmly and even enthusiastically at times. I do check my order before I leave because once in a while they leave something out, but not frequently. When I have a missing item, I have called and they make a note of it in a book they have, supposedly, and tell me they will correct it next time, which they have done.
