Last night around 830 my boyfriend and I went to Longhorn to eat. We usually do Chilis and Texas Roadhouse but figured we’d try something different. Our first time eating together at this location. Our server, Autumn, was absolutely amazing! I ordered the strip and he ordered the filet and lobster. Mine was supposed to be medium rare and Autumn rang it in as it was supposed to be. It came out medium well bordering on well. My boyfriend and I are both servers, and we rarely send food back, but Autumn rectified the situation and the second steak came out perfect! She even brought an extra baked potato for the trouble. Silly me had a problem with one of my gift cards, but she did great in explaining it to me. Every restaurant needs an Autumn!! She made a return customer out of us and we’ll be back requesting her.

I ORDER A renegade sirloin rare. It turned out to be the worst steak I ever had. To start with the steak was raw and couldn't be cut with the knives they give you and it was so over seasoned you couldn't eat itNever going there again!.

Great place to get a Steak, Good food, nice Waitors+ waitresses, fair prices on food.
First time ordering and picking up my food they decided to call me 10mins before my pick up time to tell me what i ordered was not available remind you I placed my order a hour before pick up I was already sitting in the parking lot at that waiting smh they use to be my fav but after a long day of work I am annoyed !!!!!!!!

Great Atmosphere, pretty clean, and that's it! 2nd time going there. First time for dinner undercooked food, offered no bread, and no drink refills, spent $65 for 2 ppl. Second time for lunch, again cold food, server said complained to us that she was given to many tables (like I could do anything about it, and from what we could tell she had a total of 3 tables). Again offered no refills. AND MY NAME IS NOT WEEDO, SO WHEN I SAW THAT ON THE TABLE NAME RECEIPT, THAT'S WHEN I DECIDED NEVER AGAIN.

Went for a family bday. Was early so got a drink at the bar which they didn't get right. But anyway service was slow at the bar and at our table. Appetizers were so so, kinda just frozen store bought stuff they put 3 the ovenBut my husband's steak was awesome. The side salads were good too.

Went there for a birthday lunch. Waited almost 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged by 1 of 2 waitresses working that afternoon. Waited another 5 minutes before we got ice water with no lemon in it, as we had requested. Then, another 7 minutes before we got the two beers we ordered, at the same time as the waters with lemon. We both had burgers, mine with fries, the other a "loaded" baked potato. Fries were barely warm when they arrived, which was 15-20 minutes after ordering. I immediately asked for ketchup, and after 5 minutes of waiting, as the fries turned to room temperature, got up and grabbed a bottle off another table. The "loaded" baked potato had a paper thin sheet of cheese, and 8 (we counted them) sliced scallions, and no bacon at all. And speaking of bacon, one of the burgers was supposed to have bacon, but didn't. There were two bites left on that burger, when the bacon arrived from the kitchen. I'm in my late 60's, and this was hands down, the worst meal, and dining experience I have ever had anywhere I've ever been in the entire world! And I've been to some pretty dicey places. I now know why we stopped going there 10 years ago. We figured out just after leaving why there were only two waitresses that afternoon...nobody goes there anymore! We left 15% tip just out of mercy. How is this place still in business?
