I want going to blast this place but the more I thought about it the more pissed I am. I have been buying pizza from this place since day one it moved to this location and the old location before that. Birthday parties and special occasions we buy sheet pizzas, during the year we average at least a two pies a month. The service and pizza here is lagging vs other Perri's locations but it's the closest. They get our business out of convenience. Lately I have been going to spencerport because that manager is literally amazing. Today I was running my kid from class to school and inadvertently picked up a coupon at home that was expired. So I go to pay for two slices and I select no tip.. I would rather pay in cash. So the I believe manager looks at the coupon (look like he was mad no tip) and says you know this coupon is like almost two years old.. then states I don't mean to be rude.. (which is obviously his intention to call me out and be rude). The coupon was from 11/2020.. obviously math wasn't strong suit that is four months old.. but I digress. So I tell him that I have other coupons in my car.. I have a book with coupons good until December 2021. He's like no I don't want that one I just wanted you to know. Guess what.. I am done with this place. I had cash for tip but it wasn't happening. I will go to other locations and other businesses. I pass three businesses that sell the same items on the way to this place.

We order from this location pretty often since we live right around the corner. The pizza is pretty good, but I always order the wings extra crispy because often times they're under cooked. Even then, the wings are still sometimes completely soggy. The employees are always quick and cheerful behind the counter when I pick up!

Will not be returning poor service in order taking, couldn't repeat order back, had to repeat order for order taker to make sure she had everything I stated for my order. Order came. Not what I ordered. Boneless wings came over cooked and drier than a bone. Pizza was not correct to the order placed. Spoke with manager, very rude and gave excuses for poor food quality. Remade food, food came the same way, as the first, but crust for order was supposed to be thick, came second time, thin crust. Not going back ever again, after spending $46 on a large pizza and boneless wings. Don't waste your time with this place. They don't pay attention to the order, and under portion. Pizza maker doesn't pay attention either to the order. Food received was not $46 worth. Very disappointed!!! Will not return. This was at the Greece/Long Pond store. They need to get there act together. And pizza delivery driver asked for the food back, with the excuse to see where they went wrong and to correct it for next time. There will not be a next time for me.

Came here because of their coupons. We had the Huge slices and yes they were very BIG. We enjoyed them. They were nice and warm and very tasty. It was easy to order and they had them ready as requested. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is ample parking.

This place is trash. I went in to get a slice. The lady in the back said I'll be right up. 5 minutes of her shaking wings later she has the delivery boy ask me what I want. I tell him I want a slice of pizza with banana peppers on it. He tells her and the response I get is we have sausage and peppers as a special. We don't have banana peppers on a slice. Are these people stupid? I can see ten pies in the back. One one which is cheese. How hard is it to put banana peppers on it and give me one. Are these people just d**** This place is garbage.

Just got a home delivery of a NY pizza, and a dozen medium buffalo wings.The pizza was burnt on the bottom, so much, that you didnt want to eat the crust.The wings were excellent...I called the store, told them I was a Mark's customer just trying them for a change, first time I complained, stated my issue, the person on the phone said nothing. I called back, because I wanted them to know who I was, she asked if I wanted them to remake it, I said no.Going back to Marks.

I live off lake Avenue about 5 minutes from the perris stone road location. We had a small get together and tried to order delivery but the girl who answered said that the manager insisted they won't deliver to us and instead referred us to the long pond location. That is more than double the distance I told her. She apologized and said the manager is awful. OK was my response and called long pond for the heck of it. What did they say?....."our stone road location will deliver to you". Haha I told her that's what I thought but no they wont. Long story short is I've never tried perris pizza and would like to still but the stone road location I recommend avoiding. The manager there is not in his right mind and they should resolve this before they lose more business in greece/Charlotte. I've already passed this on to many. Hope this review helps you guys!

Ordered fish fry, which was over cooked and way too much batter. I should have looked at it before I left. Fries and Mac was pretty good.

Perri's is a local chain. There pizza is good and you can buy it by the splice which is a good value. We always pick up the pizza, and it can be a little disorganized. They have seating so that you can get a pizza at the counter and eat it there.
