Have been to this location 3 times now so the poor service and drink making was not a coincidence. Order is a triple shot vanilla latte and every time it had one shot and was all milk. Staff is rude when you ask for things like a stopper/sleeve. Staff acts like they’re mad you even showed up. I’ll go out of my way to go to ridge road even though this location is right by my house.

Great atmosphere and great customer service, guess the biggest problem I have at this point is the order ahead is turned off at random times throughout the day when there is no line. No one can give a reason as to why this happens…

Can’t rate on anything when you’re closed. 8 am someone working in the building deliberately ignoring the drive thru. At least put on a recording saying you’re closed. Sat there for twenty minutes wasting my time. Hopefully things get better.

Opened as of March 1 '24. Nice interior design, lots of seating. Friendly staff, some familiar faces from other Starbucks.
Was on my lunch break decided to get a caramel macchiato iced. At the drive thru I ordered two one hot one cold. I got both hot which was fine but when we tasted them they tasted like water down warm coffee. Almost like they forgot to put the caramel plus the cups were not full. Didn’t have time to go back. So I decided to call to complain and possibly come back later and get a refund or one that was to my standards. I called three times no one picked up. I will not be going to this one anymore. Usually I have no problem at this one, service is great quality is great, but not this time
