The boar’s head meat and cheese just elevates the quality and the extra toppings offered made the sandwich perfect. “Had subs-ta-toot for the first time tonight. I was politely greeted at 8pm by the crafter who made my sub. Though it wasn’t rush hour, I was in and out in 5 minutes. The gentleman who cashed me out (I’m not sure if he’s the current owner or not) was also extremely friendly and made sure I had everything I would’ve needed. After he rung up my total, he stated “best price in town” which there was no arguing with! I informed him that this was actually my first visit here and he jokingly responded “you’ll be back tomorrow!” Boy was he right!!! Upon the first bite of my sub, I couldn’t help but think “this is my new sub spot”. Before I even finished my first half, I had to come on here and leave a review. Big portions, great atmosphere, deliciousness! This place will not disappoint!“

“I have been supporting Ria's since it 1st opened. The food is always fresh & delicious and the staff are extremely friendly, even when they are crazed. It might be a small place, but the food they put our is quality food. Ria pours her heart and soul into keeping the establishment running and did so with limited hours even thru the pandemic. There is no better lunch place in downtown Albany. Thank you Ria and your staff for being you!“

“One of my favorite comfort foods. Can't beat the prices. Not to mention. These guys are usually up and delivering earlier as well as later than most. With everything that you expect of a sub /pizza shop. I like that I can order online but don't have to choose to pay electronically. I can still finalize my order and choose to pay cash on delivery. I can't tell you how many times I will have cash on me but hate to place orders over the phone, I'm someone who has to look at the menu as I'm ordering. Or I'll forget what sounded good.Kid-friendliness: They understand picky eaters and always have a perfect solution for my kids.“

“Wonderful, quiet place to eat with family. Today the 2 ladies working were amazing working together as a team to get our 6 subs put together quickly.We are from out of state and family suggested we get lunch there. Definitely glad it was suggested.They even offered to carry it to our table, seeing we had our hands full. My wife had it under control and thanked them for offering. You don't see service like this much anymore. Store was decorated so qauint for fall as well. We will be back definitely on our next visit to our hometown. Why? Food was fresh and very tasty especially the crisp golden nuggets which our kids loved the most with the cheddar cheese. They gave us some nugget cups for our 2 little ones with lids which made it easier for them to drink out of. Much appreciated. Thank you!!“

“Your staff needs to learn to say thank you when a customer leaves a tip instead of standing there and not saying anything, this is a common occurrence in most of your shops, particularly with your point of sale tip ability, train your staff to look for the tip and when they get it to make sure they say thank you, this is one of the reasons why I don't normally tip at these type of places.“
