It is always fresh, delicious, and most applicable seeing how expensive everything is which sadly makes it hard to support locals As much as one would want. But They truly are affordable here!. Not to mention accommodating as much as possible. I really like these guys, And the young students they employee. It’s hard to have service, Quantity and quality, but they seem to have all three! ?✌️”

“Visited Greenport for me and my girlfriend's anniversary, stopped here for some drinks and pizza not expecting too much and were honestly blown away. The owner helped us out in picking cocktails based on our likes and dislikes and they all turned out amazing. The pizza was delicious with many different topping options and you could tell they were made fresh. This place is an awesome little spot in Greenport and I cannot recommend enough. *Ps: mashed potatoes, bacon and caramelized onions on a white pie...just trust me”

“The food, vibe and service were all A+ at Alpina. Everything we tried from the Swiss beer, to the entrees to the desserts was excellent. Extremely fresh food, kind and attentive staff and very cool and cozy atmosphere inside. Already can’t wait to go back!”

Moreover, I noticed that the menu leaned heavily towards carb-heavy dishes, making it challenging to find lighter options. Despite this, the food was great and the establishment exudes a distinct charm that sets it apart from others in the area. Service was commendable, adding to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, while there are some drawbacks, I would still recommend giving it a try for its unique atmosphere and enjoyable food.”

“SOOOO GOOOOD!! ~ such a FUN EXPERIENCE ??? trying the most AMAZZZZING FOODS~ you won’t find your typical run of the mill items on this tasting menu! Each dish is curated with the most unique ingredient pairings~ things you would never think to put together but are SOOOO GOOD!! Plus top it off with some wine OR you can bring your own for a corkage fee! DEF RECOMMEND!! PS~ our menu started out with baked sourdough bread~ of course even though I prefer an Atkins lifestyle ?, it looked soooo good I had to eat it~ but don’t get toooo full to fast! Meaning don’t get full on the bread because the next dishes to come are more than enough to get full so pace yourself~ ????~ XO!! ???”

“Excellent, high quality, New Haven inspired bar pizza. Well worth the drive out East. The service was incredible. We made the trip out East just for this pizza. When our waiter heard, he told us drinks were on the house. The cocktails were great and the pizza equally as good. If you can, sit downstairs. It's dinky lit and a little more private if you go around lunch time. If made for a very cool experience. I can say with certainty that this is one of the best pizza spots on LI and a must stop at if you're in the area...or if you're a real pizza enthusiast, take the drive.”

“We sat at the bar to watch a basketball game. Sara was the bartender, hostess, waitress and took the phone orders too!! She was amazing!!! She was relaxed, attentive and friendly while she ran the entire place! BBQ was great, but Sara MADE the experience super! An incredible asset to the business!!”

“This hole in the wall coffee shop is so cute! I wanted to get an affogato so badly, but went with a mocha latte instead because it was very cold and windy. The coffee was really good and high quality. The only thing I would say is the cafe is pretty small and when there’s a lot of people it can feel quite claustrophobic.”

“This is a quaint neighborhood bakery that's open year-round. We popped in during an icy day a couple of weeks ago- it was a comfort to be greeted by the warmth, friendly staff, and the delicious aromas of coffee, baked goods, and chocolate. We picked up a lemon meringue pie, Italian rainbow cookies, and frosted sugar cookies; all were delightful. Looking forward to our next visit.”

“We haven't tasted flavors this rich since we were actually in the Mediterranean! The lentil soup was fantastic, the Octopus dinner was the best we've tasted outside of Greece. The Tantuni lamb was to die for, and the Ottoman's Shepard salad was so fresh and bursting with flavor. We have found a new favorite spot in Greenport! Don't be fooled by the subtle decor, as it only adds to the authenticity of this fantastic restraint.”

“What a great meal we had here! I had the chicken enchiladas with red sauce and my husband has the chicken fajitas! Both were excellent! And the classic margarita was amazing! Service was great. I am so coming back!”

“Wonderful spot to stop in and take a break if you're meandering around Greenport. The folks were friendly, letting us sample the beers without being pushy for us to buy (which we inevitably did because the beers were all FANTASTIC) and the tasting room upstairs is such a beautiful bright spot with a great view out the windows.”

“Was just there today and we loved it, not only did they accommodate us by seating us near lunch closing time but they didn’t hurry us and continued to wait on us after closing , the food is amazing and the staff wonderful , we loved our waiter as well..5 stars is not enough!! “The food was really good and fresh. A selection of sauces was readily available at our table and I liked the colorful atmosphere of the place so much, i forgot to take a picture of the food. They sell their tacos individually and wasn’t aware of that so make sure you order the amount of tacos you want!”

“A small but authentic Latin American restaurant. The conversation you hear on the menu is also in Spanish.The interior and atmosphere are not good at all, but the taste of the food is good, and the volume is quite large, so I took it out because I couldn't finish it.”

“Wonderful service and great selection. We tried a hand selected flight based on a few questions asked by the servers. I enjoyed 3 of the 4. I only liked the 4th. Casual atmosphere with a few tables outside. There is shaded area and it very pet friendly. I will definitely be back. I really enjoyed the Sauvignon blanc and purchased a bottle. Prices are reasonable.”

“We are NoFo regulars. While we typically try to avoid the crowds, we decided to go for drinks at the black Llama in the off season. It was amazing. Such a cool vibe. GREAT (imaginative!) drinks in a world where everyone thinks they are a mixologist. we may even go back during the busy summer season-we liked it so much!”

“Sunday night, winter in a summer town and the food was incredible. Every taste and texture was thought out. The tilt to Korean with American dishes was unique. 5 people all left 100% satisfied. The bulgoki beef sandwich on special multigrain bread (like a Korean version of shaved steak) and triple cooked fries was to die for.”

“On a Saturday morning at 7:30 am my husband and I snagged a table at Crazy Beans. As the morning rolls in tables generally fill up quickly at this cute neighborhood breakfast spot. The menu is centered around brunch items -omelettes, sandwiches, chicken and waffles, etc. They have a robust drink list including cocktails and customizable lattes. Service was friendly and quick. Our food was out in no time and tasted fresh. I really liked my dark chocolate coconut latte and my husband enjoyed his cocktail. Our friends also visited this spot and said they really liked it too! Great spot to check out if you're in Greenport!”

“We had a fabulous stay at Drossos and couldn't have been happier. Minnie and her daughter Elaine were a pleasure to work with.We were concerned to read a prior critical review by Elizabeth Stauss but were assured (and indeed discovered ourselves) that her claims about bug infestation and bacteria were totally false.We reserved the room with a kitchenette. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils and tableware.We will certainly return and heartily recommend Drossos.”

“Came to Andy's last night for dinner with my husband & sons. It also just so happened to be bingo night!! We had such a great time. From the service to food all 5 stars. I ordered the French dip sandwich and my husband ordered steak. We both really enjoyed It. My son had spaghetti & chicken meatball and finished with the brownie sundae! Great time and will definitely be back when we're in the area.”

“Such a beautiful place and the reserve cab franc is outstanding - one of the best I think. I do have a bit of a problem paying 5 bucks to get in because as a non-drinker I just sit there but at least I got a glass for it. and another thing. They were a little snobby with my daughter-in-law telling her to not take a real menu (they provided a little piece of paper menu) from the bar back to a table because they have a lot of customers coming in. What are we? And with the wine bottles we bought, they should be nicer. But it is still one of my family's favorites and is always included in our stops.”

“I think the best reason to eat at Claudio‘s is that it's been Claudio's since 1860! It's a beautiful ambience, water view, the best location one could have in a charming town. The food was good, not outstanding, but certainly good. It wasn't pricey, about middle of the road price-wise. All in all a lovely Christmas Eve experience with my family!”

“Had dinner at the Halyard, featuring the Panko Crusted Halibut (this is the best fish I can remember eating recently) the pairing of the carrot sauce- perfection. We also had the Cauliflower gratin and the Brussels as sides which were also excellent. We went close to sunset, at 5:30, and loved the atmosphere and water view. Our service was excellent and attentive by both the manager who checked in at our table and the server. The only thing that wasn’t a must-have, unfortunately, were the drinks. We ordered an espresso martini and another speciality cocktail that didn’t taste great and was served in a trendy yet very small glass that was NOT a martini glass. We wouldn’t order speciality cocktails here again but rather a glass of wine. Otherwise, great.”
