First time visiting this establishment. Excellent quality food. I had the Wagyu burger (delicious), fresh cut fries, my wife had the Mahi-Mahi and and was thrilled by the flavor. We will be bringing guests in the future especially the beer lovers.
I've been going to the Tasting Lab almost every week for a year, and while it's a bit of a trip from the Albany area, it's worth it every time.It's not often an owner of a restaurant knows their way around the kitchen/grill as well as Madyson does. Some people don't know their genius and she is truly a humble but prodigious culinary genius. Finally a restaurant both my husband and I agree on. The food is so good, we went two weekends in a row. The first visit I tried the wings and side salad. The wings were so fresh they came out steaming hot. So good. The salad hit the spot too. My husband really liked their regular burger so much last time that this time he tried a double wagyu burger, it was huge and he loved it. I think it's his favorite restaurant burger.
