“Gorgeous little gem of a store. Their employees are incredibly nice and friendly, and the yuzu egg tart in particular is a creamy delight. I'd love to try the chocolate one if I can ever get there in time, because they rightfully sell out of tarts quickly.“
“This was our first time visiting, and we're really glad we went! We orered the Taro milk tea and the Banana milk tea, both with oat milk and regular boba, and also four macarons: Pistachio, Earl Gray, vanilla, and Tres Leche. You Everything was really delicious. Seating was plentiful, even though it was busy. They offer a plethora of adorable tea-related merchandise for purchase. Over all, we had a pleasant experience and will be returning again, very soon!“
“They have MOCHI!It's not on the menu that I can see, but I saw someone mention it on Yelp and had to see for myself. I have not been able to find anywhere that does handmade mochi in Albany other than this place, because they do indeed have it.So far, it seems to be three available flavors: strawberry, mango and Oreo. The strawberries come chopped up and mixed with Cool Whip, and the Oreos come crushed. I'm assuming the mango comes chopped up as well. I'm actually really glad that they use Cool Whip instead of whipped cream, because a lot of people prefer it.The mochi are rolled in desiccated coconut which I wish I'd known about, because I'm not a fan and it actually gives me a headache. I also wish the strawberries were whole like in Japan, but maybe I can ask next time and see if they will take the request.I'm really hoping that they branch out in their mochi flavors. Chocolate mousse would be amazing, tiramisu, Nutella and banana, even other types of fruits like mixed berries.“
“Gong Cha is consistent in their quality. Any take out or delivery order is fast too (depending on availability of GrubHub drivers).I’ve tried to mimic their drinks for myself, but it is difficult to get the perfect texture of their boba and I don’t even know where to begin with their milk foam. It’s very creamy and slightly salty, which compliments the sweetness of the tea well.Parking: 15 spots“
“I got the Onigiri and Honeydew tea! Great deal since I can save a few Onigiri for later. The tea was amazing! Service was fast and super clean lil food court place. Staff were friendly and efficient! Next time, I'm going for the ramen! :) Stop by this place in Colonies Center if you're craving some excellent Japanese food!Kid-friendliness: In the mall food court.Wheelchair accessibility: It's in the mall food court.“
“My husband and I stopped here for a late morning snack, and enjoyed the atmosphere. We absolutely loved the house made cinnamon roll - definitely one of the best we’ve ever had… not too sweet and just the right balance of cinnamon and icing. The milk teas were great too! We tried the Earl Grey, which was similar to a London Fog, and the Mango with popping bubbles. Five stars all around. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu, offering suggestions when asked. It was great to see so many people supporting a local business. We’ll definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Very non-dairy friendly“
“Very fun. Very pricey. A ton of variety. Different teas, spritzers, lemonades, unique ice creams and general snacks for those who just want to hang out. Great experience and unique place for anyone. Easy access. Super cute layout. The front of it is not very appealing which could turn people off. But the inside is very cute.“
“Stopped by with my daughter and we had a delicious lunch. I had something yummy that I couldn't pronounce (traditional wide noodles with beef) and she had tonkatsu ramen. She's been here once before and said they are consistently yummy. We both had yummy bubble tea too.“
“We were looking for a place for breakfast and really wanted Asian food but thought for sure no place would have Asian food this early so we settled for a regular café. The moment we exited the car we could smell the delicious smells of Asian food. Sure enough the restaurant had everything from eggs to burgers to burritos and Hibachi!! Whoo hooo! The food was fabulous. We got the lunch special servers 9-3. It came with soup or salad, rice or noodles and choice of either vegetable (which every dish already came standard with anyway) or chicken, steak, shrimp, fish and maybe another option. We had the steak and shrimp, one plate with rice and the other with noodles. One with salad and one with soup. They asked how I wanted the steak and I asked for it rare. It was delicious and not over cooked. Every thing was delicious and I would love to come back. My new breakfast spot...if only I lived in the area.“

“Great smoothies and milk tea. I come here often. A small, grab-and-go spot. Good shopping snack, but I come to Crossgates specifically for boba smoothies as a mid-day treat maybe once a month. Consistently tasty - I bring friends here often.“
“I purchased a crème brûlée milk, tea, hot drink.. the girl did not speak any English, and I had to tell her to give it more heat because it was lukewarm… So I repeated the word more hot, and then she got it, I saw her turn the temperature up from two something to 570, it was still barely hot, but it was definitely not lukewarm anymore.“
