The food is awful. They sell you slices and wings that have been sitting for hours. Up front you see fresh good looking stuff, but then they grab the oldest and put it in the box.

Always kind people working here. The hot and ready walk in choices are amazing. Each of my family members got a slice of exactly what they wanted. Really loved my steak and pepper slice! Fries were so perfect. Like being at the fair.One of the best pizza in WNY

2nd time I got the wrong order. You would think I would learn my lesson. Frustrating. Not rocket science to get an actual order that you ordered. I got a sausage royal and ordered medium chicken finger sub. Hmm. 40$ down the drain. Maybe McDonalds will give me what I order!!! No time in my schedule to reorder. But the poor soul who is probably getting my chicken finger sub!!!

Waited a while but it was playoff day.Food was worth waiting for.....great pizza and subs! Highly recommend.
It’s amazing people who work in fast food and Resturant jobs get paid more than retail workers they get paid more but yet they still screw up your order timhortons , McDonald’s, Burger King , restaurants , wegmans , topps, lowes , Wendy’s , order two steak tacos from blasdel got one taco they always mess up orders this place sucks fast food places need do better much better for as much they get paid they need earn that 16.00 paycheck people in food industry complain there not getting paid that much probably because you always mess up orders don’t deserve to earn paycheck.,If I want job get paid for messing up information not get fired I become weather person , news reporter
This location sucks I will not order from this location again other people want to take that chance go for it I order two tacos and person b phone repeat order back to me and I got one taco they always mess things up at this location people in Resturant jobs say they don't get paid enough people who work food service get paid more than people who work in retail and all restaurants have terrible slow service , high prices, what this blasdel location always does best mess up orders you get paid 16.00 an hour for that amount an hour you better get order right I know people make mistakes you get paid more than people who work in retail stores earn you paycheck don't do job screw up order that wegmans, Tim hortons, McDonald's , Burger King, and many other restaurants do pretty soon I will be going to subway they make your order in front of you they mess up order it's on you
