I’ve been a long time Buff Burger Bro’s customer!Their new brick and mortar is amazing! Cozy/cool spot to go grab some burgers.This past visit, I tried the bro-nions…I’m not sure what’s in that batter but it’s phenomenal.I also had the April Burger of the month. It had pimento cheese and candied jalapeños…super good!Overall this is the best smash burger place!! 5/5 highly recommend! Amazing service as well!

For such a small burger not worth the price, I got the triple Oklahoma was over 15 bucks with tax . I know things are expensive now and such but definitely not a value of worth the price . Juicy burger could get a fullsize burger and fries for less than 15 . As a village resident won't be back .
The burgers are spectacular but a bit pricey. Seating is quite limited. I suspect this may become a problem in the warmer weather unless there will be al fresco dining.

The burger itself was delicious. But I didn’t like the limited options for dressing the burger. No lettuce no tomatoes no mayonnaise no dill pickles. No onions. No options. Your signature cook should be the focus. Not the lack of dressings. Oh and a cold beer would have accomplied this nicely

It was a snowy day and while I was out running errands, I needed to grab some lunch. What a great reason to stop into BBB for some good tasting food. It was the first time I stopped into the new spt. I had been to the food truck a few times before but the new brick and mortar spot is so nice! Pro tip: park across the street in the plaza parking lot and walk over. So much easier than the street parking. The new spot is small but cozy in the best way. I can't wait to see it open up in the summer, it'll be so nice! I ordered the Oklahoma style double with fries and a vanilla milkshake. The combination is one of my favorites and it worked so well together. I ended up getting an original as well and, who am I to say no to an extra burger?? The service was so quick too. I felt like I barely waited before my food was ready. The fries are very good and they have just the right amount of salt and flavor so they aren't overpowering. They go excellent with a sip of the milkshake. Speaking of the milkshake, it was SO GOOD. It was thick but not too thick where you can't drink it for a minute and need it to melt. It had a great vanilla flavor and was the perfect sweet compliment to the meal. But the star of the show is the burgers. I mean c'mon! The OK style burger really packs a punch with the onions and just elevates the already very good OG burger even more. Both burgers are cooked perfectly and the bro sauce is a perfect addition. It just gives even more flavor. If you haven't had one of these burgers yet, head to Hamburg and try one as soon as you can. You will thank yourself for it after one bite!

Two of the burgers I ordered were wrong, I double checked the receipt and they were put in correctly but made wrong ... I'm sure if I had gone up and asked them to be fixed they would have but they were very busy and I was in a bit of a hurry, so I chose not to. That being said they still tasted pretty good after I scraped off the pickles and sauce. The chocolate shake was decent but not my favorite. I would very much have appreciated a condiment station of some sort to put ketchup on the burger. Even though I wasn't super happy with the food I still think they deserve 5 stars, it's a new business and you can tell they are trying and are getting any kinks worked out. I look forward to trying it again in the future and hopefully having a better experience with the food.
