Food was okay but I thought pricey for what you got. Chips were a little stale. Our waiter brought our food and never came back. We had to go find him to get our check. The worst part was the floor. There was food and garbage all over it (straw wrappers, napkins, etc). I mean we walked right in at 6...won't be going back. I forgot to mention the bathrooms. I went into the ladies room, looked up at the light and there must of been 10 dead bees in the light fixture. The one sink had no running water and the soap dispenser looked like it had corroded inside by the soap.I did contact the restaurant and the manager was very professional and apologized for my experience and we were able to come to a resolution.

Need an extra large margarita and delicious food, this is the place! Hamburg is very lucky to have Fiesta Bamba, their food will not disappoint. I had the Pollo Chipotle, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. My husband had enchiladas, the sauce was on point.

Great local Mexican joint. Amazing service abd amazing food. I just wish they had tacos birria or stuffed poblanos, hard to find!The ambiance and staff are perfect. And there is a large bar too. I'd recommend the "wine margerita" it's huge and so worth it!We keep coming back. Just wish they had more meat in the tamales, stuffed poblanos, and birria tacos cuz everything else is so good!

Hands down AUTHENTIC, FRESH, CORRECTLY SEASONED Mexican food - straight down to the rice! I have been to so many Mexican restaurants and I have NEVER had such a great experience as I did this Sunday! They offer lunch specials on the weekend, which we know is unheard of; the décor was absolutely enjoyable and beautiful and gave it an authentic ambiance, the seating was perfectly put so you can enjoy eating there and not feel like people were on top of you, you can carry on a conversation which is very nice while out eating, service was top-notch and kind. The chips you can eat as is without the extras because they are warm and fresh; not oily tasting! The food portions are perfect and so delicious! I had the Chori-Pollo (OMG) and my Aunt and Cousin had the steak fajitas; to die for! I keep using the explanation because they need to be heard! This place is amazing, in my book anyway.

Being a frequent flyer at Foest Bamba in Springville, I was very pleased to receive the same quality of service and food in Hamburg. Highly recommended!!!!
This place sucks . Server was handling 4-5 tables rushing running away. BY the time my food came out everyone else was almost done eating. Asked me if I wanted another drink whelp never got that.
