Waited by ourselves at the counter for 5 minutes. Kid behind the counter couldn't clock back in from break for another 5 minutes. The girl from the drive though went back into the kitchen for a bit, then finally made her way out front to wait on us. She punched at the register for a bit, then without looking up, said, in an annoyed tone, "I'm ready." So rude. Then as we left at about 8:30 pm, They locked the dining room door. They are open later than that according to the sign on the door, but I guess customers inside are just a nuisance to them. Will never go back. On top of it all, the food tasted old. Worst KFC in the area!

Can only grade the service portion of this review, as I couldn't order anything for take out via walk-in as the door was locked. They where taking orders via the drive thru, but I can't fit my work tanker truck through there. Highly disappointed ☹️

It was late and their fried chicken was very dried out, but they were an hour off from closing. I just felt like the girl had a lot of attitude for me asking for a drink carrier. Giving me a side eye look over it. I just felt like I was angering them for having disturbed them at their job.
This store rarely, if ever, gives out dipping sauce or utensils. Even if you pay extra money for extra sauce, they don't give it out.

New blonde girl is awful. You ask for things twice and still don’t get them, awful store I’ll never return. You can’t even get anything nowadays. Nobody can function.

Have come here 3 times seeking the delicious KFC product that I can get in Lancaster and every time this place fails to deliver. There is no great KFC taste and the pieces of tenders are small . The food was obviously pre made and was cold as well.This was the last time here! Just bad. Its Chik Fill A for me.
The manager Savannah was so unprofessional & very ignorant. Lack of communication and customer service for her to be a manager. She tried to argue with me about my fries being cold & kept trying to say they were fresh & then walked away from me & I never got my biscuit.. I will definitely not be returning to this location !!!

Went to kfc on my work break waited at her window for over 20 minutes whiles employees had convos and I could see 2 people in store asked for a refund when I realized I wasted my whole break trying to get this order and the employee told me there was nothing she can do and my “sandwich was right here so there is no need.”then proceeded to take 5 more minutes to give me my sandwich and when it tried to complain she told me ,That things were tough with few people working there and I needed to give them a break and quote “Had no idea how to run a restaurant” which I replied I actually used to run a restaurant and the so called “manager” had the nerve to literally throw my sandwich in bag at my face when she didn’t like my response. I truly believe this location would be better ran by someone who can actually be polite and take criticism professionally. Sorry for the rant but just do yourself the favor and don’t go on your work break !
