I purchased 2 McDoubles and a medium fry tonight about 7:30 pm. My fry’s were delicious , the Mc Doubles were terrible the rolls were crunchy on top and both were not hot but on the cold side. This is not the first time I had terrible food at this Mc Donald’s.

The staff was very kind. I appreciate that 100% but the smell in that place was wild. Smelt like the mats have not been cleaned in a hour minute glad I went inside instead of the drive through. Now I know to skip this

If I could give a zero I would. This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They are constantly slow, not friendly and the food is usually stale or cold. I’ve never had worse service. And you can’t combat that this is McDonald’s, it’s a fast food chain yes but still a restaurant, if you want to be paid so much then try harder.
The restroom needed cleaning badly. The floor was sticky, toilet tissue roll was on top of the dispenser, and the toilet seat was very loose. It was before noon and couldn't have gotten that bad that early in the day!We only bought coffee. It tasted fine.

Just got a shamrock shake and it tastes horrible! It's not mixed at all, and it is just mint syrup. I have always had bad experiences at this location, but this is by far the worse. I don't go there anymore, but my daughter did. I highly recommend don't go to this location!!!!

I was the only car in the drive-thru and not many cars in the parking lot either, but it took at least 4 minutes of sitting at the window for anyone to come over at all. First thought was that was food would be really fresh but all fries and chicken nuggets were cold. Shame on them. Also disappointed because apparently lemonade is no longer a drink option.

I don’t come to this one often because it’s always disappointing. Today was the worst ever. Fries were so old they weren’t edible and the nuggets were terrible. Over crispy and dried out. It’s worth the drive to go to the Blasdell location, they actually make fresh food.
