This is hands down the best Starbucks location in the area! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Drinks are great and the quality is consistent. It usually isn't too busy so you're in and out fast but even if there is a line, they're very efficient at keeping it moving.

I always order ahead and no matter what, the time always says 10-13 minutes until order is ready, which is fine, I just plan ahead. But the last few weeks, it has been taking even longer than that and I don't understand why because there is only ever a max of 3 people sitting inside, one car in the drive through and no other mobile orders on the counter, but the baristas as chatting and laughing away. They ask my name when I walk in and then rush to get my order done. Also, how does this location keep running out of Mocha everything.

the corporation union busts, charges compassion tax on plantmilk, and has noticeably withdrawn LGBTQIA+ support. this location has been a bit of a mixed bag, with some employees pleasant and some rude. negative bias of at least one employee very evident, well past any professionalism. socialization is prioritized over job function in many instances; paying customers should not be ignored. apparently there's an issue with several employees, including one in supervisory position, engaging in the use of anti-LGBTQIA+ slurs, which is absolutely unacceptable. a few friendly, kind employees does not make up for that.

Okay every time I come in after the gym to grab my coffee...these girls are always working their butts off to get the orders out. These girls need a raise and their feet rubbed. Best service at any Starbucks I've ever been to hands down.
This has become my favorite location. Every single drink has been made with care and accuracy. The baristas are all kind, friendly, and lovely people! I frequent this location most often. SO. VERY. CONVENIENT! Shop and sip. Cash out. Home. ?Dietary restrictions: All drinks are personally customizable with plenty of non-dairy, glutten-free options. I feel like when ordering in person, one can state plainly to please use newly washed equipment for cross-contamination concerns and they'll accommodate if at all possible.Ordering ahead allows a space for notes directly for your barista on the Customize screen.Parking: Tops parking lot is Tops parking lot.That is all. ?Kid-friendliness: These baristas are so warm and friendly. They're lovely, next-door neighborly. Some punks give them trouble occasionally. They handle it with style and grace. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, designated parking nearest the entrance. Big, automatic doors.
