Was just told they are not taking any orders for at least 20 minutes and was turned away from the counter, apparently they "need to catch up on mobile orders" so they have been turning people away at the drive thru and the counter? WTH? Seems like their priorities are a little skewed.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell the staff are always fighting I just went there and they told every single person that's going to be 20 minutes because they have to catch up on orders there was no one inside and there was one car parked this is a new Taco Bell in the last 6 months embarrassing the way the staff acts I've been in there were literally they are screaming at each other on multiple occasions I love Taco Bell and this is why I keep going back because it's close to me someone please do something

Horrible experiences here. I usually love Taco Bell. I have tried several times but disappointed each time. The wait times have been extremely long and you have to drive around the building to wait for the food. Once I was told there was no bacon or sausage when I stopped for breakfast. Today I was told there was no manager so they were not open. I was excited for this location to open but every attempt to get a meal has been a poor experience. I keep hoping for improvements but I am ready to give up.
Poor poor service they suck… Owner of this Taco Bell if you don’t do anything about it, you’re gonna be closing pretty soon buddy

Ordered thru Mobile app , picked up food , got home and checked 2 Crunchwrap supreme were missing and 2 nachos were missing ,, when called manager picked up and she was really rude and said make a complaint thru mobile app and she said I don’t care Iam not giving the food .. and said u guys want free , we are business owners ourself in a food business and customer service like this specially a manager ,,, Taco Bell look into it

Bottom of the barrel in every aspect. Employees are rude and lazy. Food is 10/10 times messed up or cold. Absolutely terrible all around.Vegetarian options: Power bowl no with only veggies, beans, guacamole.

It's not just this location. I have the same issue with every location I pick up orders from. I have never seen this level of incompetance, rudeness, and beyond horrible service in any other fast food restaurant. Taco Bell should seriously consider getting out of the fast food business. They are the worst!!! Since I deliver food for a living I hope they shut down all of their locations in Western New York. I try my best not to accept any Taco Bell orders regardless of how much the order pays. In all seriousness, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
doordash says their closed but online clearly says their open last time i went inside the store employees said i was tryna steal right in front of me because they messed up my drive through

If you can't assemble a taco how the heck do you work at Taco Bell??? I gave this location 4 CHANCES!! First two times I drove off because nobody came to the window for a full 20 minutes. I checked the time. Last few times I went, the ingredients were not properly assembled. Every item was all sour cream in one end, all cheese on one and etc. bite into a blob of sour cream then there's none on the rest of the item. They need to start over with the staff because right now it looks like a comedy skit.

Pulled in the DriveThru to make a Dinner order. Was told first thing it will be at least a 13 minute wait. The order placed was made incorrectly. Had to go inside to have it made properly. It's definitely bad business to detour customers first contact. Not worth posting any pictures. Just a brutal experience.

I hadn't been to Taco Bell in quite a while. I enjoyed what I ordered but I don't like ordering on the screens in there, and the one lady was a smidgen rude about it but the young man who helped us next was very nice. The food was good. It was a little chilly in there, and the tables weren't completely clean but I really loved the chalupa!
