I ordered the new red velvet cold brew, and in the image it showed how red and foamy it was suppose to be. When the driver delivered my coffee to me it was orange and no foam. It was absolutely disgusting.

Went today to the drive thru before work order a sausage biscuit didnt take a bite until i got to work and sausage wasnt cooked. So unless this is the new summer menu where u get a pink sausage. Their employees need better food safety training.
