FN Greatness
Went here to grab a dozen donuts and 2 Take-12's for a friends request. This threw them a curve ball during such a busy time. I was willing to be patient, and most of the crew was really trying their best to keep up; the lady at the counter though really showed her frustration at how busy it was and dragged the team down some. Cheri and her crew in the back were awesome and persevered on through. The store was clean. The dining room is one of the smaller ones I have seen. The coffee is good. Donuts are what you expect from here.

Breakfast sandwich was burnt to an absolute crisp… didn’t realize until I unwrapped at work…. There’s no way it should’ve been served, literally inedible. Only reason I gave 3 stars is the people were nice… if it was just the good it would be -1

I can’t remember the last time I ordered and everything was correct. This place used to be my 5x a week coffee spot but within the last year has gotten so bad with messing up orders. It mainly has to do with food, do not make any change to the food order, it will be completely disregarded.

asked for a croissant with nutella, it came out cold, not even warm, with very little nutella. if i didn't have somewhere to be i would have gone back for a refund

Such FABULOUS service. Wow, three thumbs up if I had three hands. Can I get a yeehaw?? First of all, the new manager (Rihanna is it?) took my order and her smile and giggles lit up the room. The whole staff gave me high fives because it was my birthday. My food and beverage came out so quickly because that new manager was so fast and efficient. I did not want to leave but unfortunately I do not live there. I’d rather dunk my time into TimHortons than Dunkin.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel like people in my shoes deserve to know.This is the second time I'm reviewing a Tim's here because the employees have been really rude to us. We actually started going to this one because the employees at the one closest to home are just horrible to talk to.There's an older gal that takes orders in the drive thru. She's shorter with short gray hair and a dreadful attitude. It seems to be a theme that Tim's employees are okay with cutting you off, huffing at you, and talking over you. It's not a good look if nothing else.I gave a 3 star because they didn't mess up our order this time AND the gentleman who handed out our food was an absolute gem of a human. Smiled and spoke kindly to us and just helped a lot. I have no idea how he works with the gal running the drive but he deserves better.Just about ready to give up on Tim's altogether.
