Lunch was good. Waitress a little blah like she didn't want to be there but service was okay. Came back for dinner with My Son and had dinner at the bar. Service was great. We both had the steak dinner that night.

Had drinks at the bar and then dinner. I had the Ribeye steak with a baked potato and my friend had a full rack of ribs. My steak was perfect - medium rare and my friend could have just ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs. They were so tender, falling off the bone. Since it was my birthday dinner, I had a creme brulee. It was delicious! I recommend the Waterstone for couple dinners or large groups. I promise you won't be disappointed!

We stopped here once before because it was just in passing. So glad we did. We came back and as before we were greeted immediately. The waitstaff was exceptional. The meal outstanding and also, the noise level low enough where you could have a normal conversation and not have to yell or strain to hear. I love it here and I definitely will be coming back again.

Arrived at 805pm and silver haired greeter at front reiterated how they closed at 9pm, so as not to bother him any more, I decided to go find a different establishment. Can't say anything about the service or food. Just sort of a cold welcome.

We've eaten here before so we knew it was a great place to go and they didn't disappoint this time. Awesome food, selection, prices, atmosphere, staff! Owner/ manager always present speaking with the patrons and helping the staff however he cans. Makes you feel like you matter.

Went to celebrate two birthdays. Had a great meal and drinks. Service was excellent.
Great food as always! Host who I believe is an owner always wonderful! Our waitress was ok. They were busy, we were done eating by the time she came to ask if we needed anything. However the host came to check in! Overall this is our go to for date night!

I have gone to Waterstone multiple times And absolutely love it! I have been eaten everything from Pasta to seafood and steak- it is all excellent. Staff are Very courteous and timely with bringing the food items, drinks, and refills. I had Tuesday crab leg special, the Wednesday 1/2 bottles of wine, and then Thursdays chicken wing special- and were excellent and at great prices! Michele
Service was great food was great. The lamb would've been a knock out of the park if it didn't have that sauce. Or At least put the crispy duck on top. The crispy park of the duck was to die for. Overall great experience!

The food, bartenders & server were all great. Bad experience with the host who was extremely rude & nasty. I was told that my reservation for the high top table was invalid because they do not reserve high tops. My reservation was made through Open Table & he said it shouldn't be & they don't recognize it through open table ( which I was directed to from their website to make a reservation). They later gave my don & I a complimentary drink. The owner wasn't present that evening & I later reached out to him& he did not respond. I was very upset with the host for the way he handled the situation & made me feel. Otherwise, it was a good place to go to.
