Excellent products, and great coffee (most of the time... SOME stores are grinding too fine, and brewing above 194°F making for more profits, but BITTER coffee! Training also suffers A LOT, as way too often there are NEW employees working SOLO, that really have no clue how to do ANYTHING beyond pouring the coffee...
