The people who work here are the best! I’m always impressed with how well they can get all the orders out even when it’s super busy.

Never. Again. Slow, no communication at all on orders. Complete mess. Our order was spread out over 3 different places within the shop for us to figure out and find where it all is. None of the receipts lined up with the orders and no one was calling out orders or receipt #’s, so best of luck if you want to find your food untouched and all in one place. I really enjoyed having to go thru other people’s food to find ours, on a dirty table no less. A couple of our things were in a mobile to go area… super helpful to randomly have half your order there when you didn’t order mobile to go. The drinks were terrible, all milk, no taste. We didn’t even bother with the food after seeing how things went down there. And definitely leave early or plan to be late if you’re catching a train or have anywhere to go in a decent time frame. Never. Again.

My cup of coffee came to $3.67. I paid with a $5 bill, my change of $1.67 was placed in their "gratuity cup". The woman who took my order watched me put it in there...not a thank you or anything.

Place was dirty cashier was playing on his phone. Asked for decaf and was told they dont sell it. Young man looked totally like he wanted not to be there. Very disappointed drinks tasted watered down.
I like DD. The perfect quick stop for coffee and a bite.

This dd is horrible even if you consume coffee or food they will wont let you use the bathroom, even though you see them going in to use it themself. Horrible if the bathroom is outside it should be for the public. Will never come back to this place.

Not only is the service horrible, the staff is incredibly nasty! 9 out of 10 of my orders end up with a missing item or the wrong item! This is not rocket science! If you go to this place, be prepared to wait a very long time because they're also understaffed!
