I love that I can just order bean sprouts. The are very accommodating I like all their food except for the egg drop soup it’s to spicy. One other comment they are very sparse on the protein. Like there’s barely any chick in the chicken and vegetables and very very little in the chicken low main. I still order from them all the time because their food is really good.

My coworkers and I placed an order for delivery through BeyondMenu.com online for this place on break at work. We selected for one of the orders incorrectly by mistake and got a small instead of a combo platter like the rest of the 5 dishes. I called and asked if they can send the order back and for them to send the bigger size order and charge us the difference and they told us " there was nothing they could do." That wasn't right and I'm very disappointed and not pleased. Would never order there again or recommend this place to anyone after being cheap over a dollar difference.

Stopped in to place an order to take out. I must say the guy at the counter was really nice when taking my order. The restaurant is very clean and neat. The food is very good and I highly recommend trying them out. I'll definitely be a return customer!

I ordered $30 of food and was given a 20 minute eta. After 30 minutes, I gave them a call to ask about the status of my order and was told to wait another 15 minutes. After 20 more minutes I call again and they insist the food is going to be delivered within minutes. After my last call my food still never showed up and nobody working was receptive to giving me a refund after making me wait an hour to not get my food.

I never write reviews like this but feel compelled. My wife drove 30 min round trip to pickup the food and when we opened it at home, we noticed the veggie sesame chicken dish we ordered was actually real chicken. Frustrating, but mistakes happen. We called to resolve and when I asked for a refund, I was put on hold. 10 min later, still on hold, I hung up and called back. I was told the person I was speaking to was no longer in the room and had to explain the story again. This person was extremely rude and asked if I can bring the dish back before they can give me a refund. I said I could not, that I've already spent 30 min getting the food and another 15 at this point on hold with them about the issue. He asked if I could wrap it and bring it back tomorrow. My wife at that point took the phone and explained we just want our money back and that we can't go back tomorrow or tonight. This time, the manager we were speaking to put us on hold again, and once again never came back to the phone. I just hung up after giving up yet again. Horrible terrible service. And it's ashame bc we've told friends to come here and have enjoyed the food in the past. Never again

So don't ever order from looking at the fake pictures on line ? ? nothing is what it is at all. I truly hate when restaurants do this. You expect what you see in the pictures and it's not. Food not so great either.

This place loves to nickel n dime you for everything ! Charged CC fee for debit and delivery fee for 1/4 mile ( not using any app) Was told I was to far ? well just lost a new customer for being cheap !!

Very fast and fresh food but flavoring is below average. Eggplant is perfect firmness but garlic sauce is bland. Fried rice is not fried enough; it is more like Japanese chahan. Pork buns are underwhelming but are sufficient to satisfy a craving.
