We have been to wonderful Italian restaurant twice this far. Once when my wife and I went out for Valentines date and most recently for my daughter's 22nd birthday. The food is very delicious, the 0 service was superb and atmosphere was great. On top of that, the owner Dean was in the front to greet us entering and leaving his restaurant.

Very good entrees, great service a little on the pricey side in a nicely converted diner.

We went to celebrate my friend's birthday. The appetizers were good. One was a slice pursuit and some chocolatey and cheese, the entrees were wild. Boar gnocchi, veal Milanese, I can't exactly remember what the fish was and pork chop with vinegar, peppers and potatoes. I asked for my pork chops not to be overcooked. They were both overcooked. One was sliced thicker than the other but we're dry and tough. Nothing really That special about potatoes are vinegar peppers. We ordered a side of broccoli rub. It was stringy/ undercooked, not al dente. Everything was under seasoned. I tried the Milanese I thought it was dry the gnocchi tasted okay. Could have had a little bit more of the meat sauce/ bolognese on it . The fish was moist but not a lot of flavor. The dessert was good. I also have felt that the plates were extremely large for the size of the table we were sitting at, which made it very hard to fit our beverages, the bread, and our food.

OH MY GOD THIS PLACE IS JUST TO DIE FOR! If you are craving some great Italian food this is your way to go. The service is just amazing filled with happy waiters and waitresses and they are very friendly and the food comes out on a reasonable time. A little bit pricey but still worth the price

Came in for our first time tonight with no reservation but they were so kind enough to sit us. We sat and the staff were kind and attentive. Everything we ordered from start to finish was on point; we even took dessert home to enjoy later and we’re so glad we did because this tiramisu did not disappoint. One of the best Italian spots I’ve had in a while!Looking forward to going back and bring our friends and family. We appreciate that as we were leaving, all the floor staff took their time to say “thank you” and “goodnight”.

First time at Vivolo and it was lovely. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, owners and staff super friendly. You could tell it's a regular place for date night and family dinners. We were seated promptly and provided menus. We ordered drinks and a salad to share; no surprise they brought it split on two dishes, so nice. We ordered our meals, lamb chop special for my husband and lobster ravioli with baby shrimp, muscles in a cream sauce. Everything was delicious and perfectly portioned. We had affogato to close out our dinner perfectly. Recommend and would try again.

Top-notch! One of my top three restaurants in Westchester. Every course is well prepared and served with love?the staff is like family and they always cater to their customers. On my last visit, I let my waitress recommend a pasta dish. As stated by my waitress it was amazing. I am always blown away when I dine at Trattoria Vivolo. Reservations are a must.

Great ambiance! Delicious, thoughtful dishes served in a cozy but comfortable environment. Contemporary feel with great attention to classic/regional details that really recommends itself. Outside patio is a treat in warmer weather. Location is opposite Harrison train station (north traveling trains side).

Have been wanting to try this place for a long time. For $250 on a birthday meal, really thought the meals would have been better. Pasta dishes were average, at best. For $30 an entree was expecting much more. The chicken entree was a little too tough but the sauce was very flavorful. The tiramisu was a letdown - very small and lacked the true flavor authentic tiramisu should have -- it tasted mostly like cream. The pana cotta- too watery. I forgot to order my mom the take out of gnocchi before the bill came so I asked the hostess if I could order that separately. She seemed to give me a hard time on doing this. She then told me to hand her cash and she would discount it a few dollars but if I paid on credit card she would have to charge more. I didn't have cash, so had to pay more for this separate dish. It felt shady. The gnocchi tasted a bit overdone, but that could be because it was in a take-out dish for 30 minutes. So can't fairly rate it. The sauce tasted much too salty though. I actually called to question why the overcharge but didn't get anywhere. Overall, it is a nice ambiance for a special meal. Just have to know what to order here I guess? And they could use much friendlier service to the non-regulars.
