I was here on business. I went to familiar territory. Wegmans. Who doesn't like Wegmans? Surely not me. Wegmans has their formula down to a science. I ordered at the burger bar. I am currently doing the CARNIVORE diet and ordered just cheeseburgers patties. They were used to dealing with peculiar requests. The burgers were made, but they forgot the cheese. When I went low key upset (but always respectful) they promptly fixed it by handing me 3 slices of cheese and patting me on the head. Anywho, there are the regular tables and booths where you can have a seat and eat your food. There was plenty of space. I went during dinner and there were maybe 5 or 6 people sitting in the dining area designed for 60. After eating, I went to buy some essentials in the grocery store section. I literally bought bacon and cooked it in the hotel room the next day. lol.

This is my must stop whenever I drive upstate (from LI). Sushi here rivals most restaurants. Can't wait for Wegmans to open on Long Island.

Wegmans is a very useful store. They have a huge parking lot with easy parking. They have tons of hair and skin care products. They have good cooked chickens, some decent prepared foods, a good selection of raw poultry and meat, tons of snacks, pet items, and basically anything else you can think of that supermarkets usually have . The store is huge and usually not too crowded. The lines usually aren't bad. Their return policy is good; if something turns out not to be good, you can return it.

Try Burger Bar for some of the best-tasting burgers and sandwiches around! You'll get courteous, efficient counter service and a delicious meal after a short wait. I've tried and recommend their Maple Burger and Chicken Avocado sandwich. I look forward to going back!

We ordered catering from Wegmans for an intimate home wedding. The food was delicious, carefully packed, and delivered on time. The guests were surpised when we told them the food was prepared at a supermarket. The only thing that could have been better is if serving utensils were included.

I've shopped often in wegmans in Harrison & I've been very frustrated by the fact that they do NOT put their "sell or buy by" dates anywhere you can see them on many items without a flashlight!I bought fresh packaged chicken on November 29 thinking I had at least a couple of days to freeze it or use it. It was IMPOSSIBLE to find the use by date without a flashlight & even then was very difficult. I was ready to use the chicken on Dec 3 & after thoroughly searching the package find that the use by date is December 1st! This happens all the time because of their terrible labeling of sell/use by dates. Is this done purposely in order to sell more? Terrible practice!

It's like Sak's Fifth Avenue- nice to browse through but silly to buy. They'll put a hurtin' on your Amex card.

Love Wegmans! My parents live in Greenwich. The local grocery store Stop n Shop closed in Glenville. What a blessing! We found Wagmans to have freshly baked food, excellent quality of meats and fresh seafood. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. Now I won't go anywhere else! It reminds me of Stew Leonard's but better with more of a selection! Such a clean amazing store! Thank you!

What a pleasure it is to do the weekly shopping. Quality of products, prices at the best ambiance makes a shore turn into a pleasure. My 3 year old granddaughter looks forward to do the shopping together every week!

Fantastic supermarket! BUT WARNING : DO NOT go buy their grated parmigiano reggiano cheese! They must mix it with other stuff to make more profits. Instead, buy the parmigiano reggiano BLOCK of cheese and grate it yourself. To be fair, I've notice this happening at a handful of supermarkets that grate their own and put it in one of those deli tubs.

I am a new fan. I've been meaning to check out the store since it opened a few years ago and finally checked it out last weekend and I had to return the other day for more of the chocolate chip cookies! They have quite a few great tasting store brand products including the Thai Peanut Sauce (somewhat similar to the one formerly sold at Trader Joes), salsa and seltzer water. The store is massive and the employees were all pleasant.

Many people rant and rave about Wegmans. I've been there quite a number of times and still don't see the allure. To me it's just like what Fairway was, and what Stew Leonard's is. Their pricing is fair on their labeled items. I eat a lot of fish. I like to get my fish cut to the weight I want. Your choice there is either buy portion pieces or by a whole filet. Look the store is clean usually well stocked and there seems to be enough staff if you need help. I just don't get the fascination. I prefer Whole Foods for the "shopping experience ".
