I ordered lunch takeout and it was great! The Chirashi Regular has a wide variety of fish and came pretty much exactly as described in the menu picture. The sushi rice is good and had a little bit of roasted sesame seeds on it. I really liked the saba. The katsu don in the second picture!

Fujinova impressed us! Our lunch visit offered an experience reminiscent of Tokyo, arguably the best we’ve encountered in the NY area. The cuisine was notably fresh and flavorful, complemented by courteous, kind and professional service. Thank you. ありがとうございます.

Food was ok. Ordered Miso Ramen and it tasted like chicken soup with soggy noodles. Zaru Udon and Gyoza was good even tho the gyoza didn’t taste like it was made fresh. Really disappointed overall as we thought this was a traditional Japanese spot. We won’t be back.

This restaurant offers an average dining experience when compared to Japanese establishments in NYC. While the prices are somewhat high, its convenient location and the availability of a small, complimentary parking lot are definite pluses. The sushi rolls are passable, but there was a notable issue with the fish head being served cold, diminishing its overall taste to below that of homemade quality. The Ramen, unfortunately, does not stand out either. The noodles lack the distinctiveness of handmade texture, feeling more akin to those found in instant products like Shin Ramyun. In summary, this place could be an acceptable option if you're in Hartsdale and unable to find another Japanese restaurant nearby. However, if you have the opportunity to travel to NYC, I would recommend doing so for a more authentic and satisfying Japanese culinary experience. 3 stars.

Everything was great only a small issue but whenever the HVAC kicked on it was louder than both the music and low volume chatting.Parking: Parking is on location of the restaurant, there are some spots just reserved for the restaurant customersWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance

Haven’t been here for a while due to the pandemic. But I’m back to relive all the great food I’ve had for a long time. The ramen is authentic. The bento lunch boxes are delicious. The service is good and attentive. Good selection of sake. You can also get sushi from the small sushi bar.
