Ended up here for dinner because my daughter really wanted ramen. We had the Kara-age chicken (my choice) and edamame (her choice) to start with, both were decent. We both tried a different ramen, I had a spicy one from the specials menu which I enjoyed, it was really good. They have a kids menu with affordable choices but of course my kid didn’t want anything from there and she only ate half her ramen and didn’t care for the pork belly or really most of the toppings. We finished off our meal with the mango pudding which I thought was amazing. I thought it was definitely kid friendly, lots of families with kids dining the day I went. Service was ok, a bit on the slower side but I guess they were a bit busy. Overall I thought it was pretty pricey and not 100% worth it which means next time I would look for a different ramen spot in the area to explore.

My cousin &her family went to celebrate her bday here I drove an hour &1/2 all the way from Staten Island to meet up with her for lunch at this place at Hartsdale,NY Waitress was rude to tell us why my cousin didnt tell them that the 2 more people my husband & I are joining them We'll ok my cousin Mary forgot to tell them Waitress messed up our orders We ordered 2 chicken teriyaki bento boxes They only gave us one bento box My husband hungry & eating out of my own chicken teriyaki bento Then few minutes later the waitress asked us that if we can leave because she has a party of 5 coming. Not nice! My hubby's bento box was being cooked And I didn't get to enjoy& finish eating What kind of restaurant kicks out a group of 5 customers still eating? Why she singles out our table And did she do that to other customers still eating So to please the waitress we asked to just have my 2nd bento box as to go/take out Unbelievable!! my hubby & I left that place still hungry! And both of us are Type 2 Diabetics My cousin Mary even left a $20 tip! A Tip that rude waitress did not deserve It poor nasty service Is this right that she kick us out because a party of 5 people are coming to eat ? What about us were still eating! So rude !! Today is February 17, 2024, we walked into this place at 3:35 PM... It was a cold day and we were craving some good ramen so decided to come to this place we have been several times and it's always been good however when we walked in today the place was busy and we were waiting to be seated and some crazy lady from the kitchen came running out to us and told us they were closed and will reopen at 4:30 PM for dinner. It was so weird that everyone was eating and we got chased out most bizarre experience ever and the heck with that lady we will never ever go back to this establishment! They can keep their Ramen there are much better restaurants in Westchester County the hell with these people and they're horrible customer service!

As a vegetarian, the first time I went there I ordered the Vegetarian Ramen, not knowing that it would be much better to include the extra topping charge of SPICE BOMB. The ramen was completely tasteless without it. But I went there again and asked to increase the spice this time, and I was made aware that there is something called a spice bomb. Dropping some of that gave so much flavor and depth that was otherwise missing. Vegetarians, even though it's extra, get the spice bomb. One spice bomb should be good for 2 people since putting the whole ball would be wayyy too spicy. You simply can't have the Vegetarian Ramen without adding the spices they didn't put. I also like to get the edamame to start. The ramen here is probably one of the best places to get for vegetarians in the area (esp on a cold day!). However, I do think this place is overpriced and should come with the flavor anyway, esp since many people don't realize that the spice bomb is worth getting. The inside is pretty standard, but come here for the hearty, warm food, not for comfort.

Good Ramen Place but not the best I have been to. The Ramen was okay but it wasn’t very spicy but the dessert was delicious. The waitress took a while to get to us and they seemed busy with other tables. The Credit card machine was down so I had to leave the location to get cash but the manager treated us well and gave us a discount for our inconvenience. I recommend this place for those looking for a variety of Ramen Dishes

I love ramen but the Vegetarian Ramen here is completely tasteless. Don't recommend this dish at least.

Best place ever. Love the ramen. It has great spice and perfect ingredients. Their service is a bit slow because of the absurd amount of customers but other than that, great!!!!!!!!!!! The ambience is good. Very calm.

I am Japanese, and this place serves the most legitimate ramen we've had in Westchester (we had Shoyu Tonkotsu and Miso ramen). Comparable to some of the best in Fort Lee/Northern Jersey (would be too ambitious to compare to those in NYC). I was curious as to why the Yelp ratings are so-so. Some commented on unsatisfactory customer service. Our servers were friendly and attentive. Some others commented on small portions. We found them to be standard. I wouldn't let those negative ones discourage you from trying out this place, if your priority lies in a good bowl of ramen (and great appetizers/side dishes) Most people, even critical ones, seem to agree the ramen tastes great here.

Food is fine, the wings are too chewy and not great. Ramen is really their best thing besides the chicken katsu buns. There is one very loud Puerto Rican waitress they have who was having an across the room argument with one of the owners, pretty unprofessional. When said waitress was asked to remove an unwanted shrimp dish from the bill she refused ("rock shrimp", tiny portion and bland so not worth the price of 17 dollars). She spent the rest of the evening catering to a personal table of her family members. This place would do well to be rid of her entirely. Dessert tasted weird and was dry, went unfinished.
