Lovely interior….wanted to love the food but all way too salty!!! Ordered sesame noodles which typically has more of a nutty flavor and mapo tofu. Will not be coming back! Not authentic…overuse of Szechuan peppercorns and dark soy. What a disappointment!

I experienced a significant decline in the food quality at this restaurant. The hot appetizer fried honey shrimp has an excessive amount of starch coating with much smaller shrimps than before. It is almost like fried dough. The wild pepper beef used a similar soy sauce like in the double cooked pork belly, with scattered pickled jalapenos, which is supposed to be "wild pepper"?? and everything is too salty. It was so inauthentic.

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. All the glowing reviews led me to try this hole in the wall place. Either I got a really bad day or they are paying people to write glowing reviews- Michelin stars?? Seriously? First off, and to be fair the service was fine. The waitress suggested we try the Ribeye soup. We also ordered beef and broccoli and a chicken dish. The Ribeye soup was bizarre, the broth tasted like soapy dishwater and left a weird aftertaste. Beef and broccoli was cold and tasteless and the broccoli was very overcooked. I am guessing we got served food from the luncheon special. The chicken wasn't as bad but still not hot enough. Total cost with tip was $100 and we only drank water. Caveat emptor. Go next door to HMart - the food at the food court is way better and much cheaper

The rude waiter took an order for $30hotpot for 4 people and then served it with 1 tiny rice then questioned he was rude and said that’s how it is!

We've been going there for many years. The food is delicious. It has not changed. Thank God this place keeps itself consistent. Hopefully we continue going to there and share great moments with our families.

First time trying this restaurant ands the interior decor wowed us. the only downside is its very dim inside. so regardless of time of day you feel like you're having dinner. we loved everything we tried, but the asparagus and sweet pea were extra fresh and crunchy. the general tso chicken was on fire, our mouths were enjoying that sweet hot saucy chicken ands you can literally see the hot peppers in the dish. ask for mild if you can't handle the heat. our favorite dish was the soup dumplings. we forgot to take pictures because we were so impressed with the presentation and how yummy they looked. id go and just order soup dumplings all day if we could. look forward to returning to try other dishes. i couldn't give this place five stars because it was dimly lit and the wait staff appeared annoyed when we asked for forks.

Not sure what the hype is ... food was tasty but cold ! Ordered two dishes and both came out like warm at best - broccoli was ice cold Server was advised and brought both back to kitchen - both came back hot because they were MICROWAVED. Service good but food made to order should not be cold nor microwaved to heat up. I'd be hesitant to return.
