After being here at least 6 times I can say every experience has been terrible. Several times we were missing items or got the wrong item. At least 3 times there was an issue with the nuggets being undercooked, or tasting like old reused frying oil. Usually the fries are not salted and soggy. Anytime I order a milkshake I don’t get it then I have to go ask about it and that takes another 15 minutes.I truly do not understand how corporate has done nothing about this location considering all the MANY complaints. This is the worst Chick-fil-a I’ve ever been too. The service is terrible! The people are always so rude! I don’t understand how they’re allowed this. Terrible for the chain. Honestly I would like my money back, waste of money and time.

I recently placed an order at the I-87 Milepost 6N location in Hastings-On-Hudson, NY 10706. My server was Marie P(9006056), and I must express my extreme disappointment in her lack of professionalism. Not only did she fail to include all of the items I ordered, neglecting the toys and drinks for the kids' meals, but she also overlooked the requested toppings for my sandwiches. However, these errors were just the beginning of my encounter with Marie. From the moment I approached the counter, I was astounded by Marie's sluggish demeanor. She spoke and moved at an excruciatingly slow pace, as if she had no regard for the time or satisfaction of the customers. She was LITERALLY moving in slow motion-I've never seen anything like it. Her demeanor was far from friendly, upbeat, or personable, which greatly contrasts with the usual service I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A - an establishment known for its family-friendly environment and warm hospitality. It's deeply disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction from a representative of Chick-fil-A. Marie's lack of care and attention reflects poorly on the company's reputation. I refuse to return to that location and am appalled that someone like her is allowed to represent Chick-fil-A. I'm certain that I'm not the only patron who has experienced such subpar treatment. This experience has left me utterly disgusted.

This chic -fil-a is the worst I've ever been in. The help is the slowest. One girl is always on her phone, 2 stand there talking and totally ignore the customers. One morning they told me the biscuits wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes. Horrible place

Worst chick-fil-a ive ever been to. Staff were arguing with management, took over 20 minutes for me to get my order, fries were unsalted, and everything was very disorganized. They cleared orders that weren’t finished so the person making milkshakes had no idea who needed theirs and ended up calling each person one by one to see what milkshake they had ordered. This location definitely needs more support and/or training.
