Got the Hawaiian Grilled chicken and shrimp salad. Good portion and tastes. Tacos however, while the filling was good the tortilla which is an essential part of a Taco; left a lot to be desired (dry and cold).

We visited this restaurant after a few years. It clearly has new ownership and it has not improved. A lot of her viewers have mentioned that this is not authentic Mexican food. I totally agree. It is possible but really not a great.

THIS IS NOT MEXICAN FOOD. I ordered the Roasted Beef Burrito, which to my disappointment contained beef that tasted sweet and sour, steamed white rice, no cheese, and little to no Mexican spices. The guacamole was creamy and oniony as if it had been stretched with French onion dip mix. I don’t even know what the sauces were on the side, but they didn’t taste like Mexican salsas. At best, the food can be described as Chinese Mexican fusion. So why not just call it that to manage customers’ expectations? I should have gone to Chipotle instead.

This is not authentic Mexican food, no not at all! I went to Hastings hoping to have a good meal and it turned out this is some bad fusion trying to pass as Mexican cuisine. It isn’t seasoned properly, my Burrito was mediocre so no, this is not a restaurant I’ll be coming back to.

We stopped here randomly after doing a few early errands in Hastings. The food is healthy, unique cuisine, and plentiful. I tried the Spam musubi, chicken tortilla soup, and a battered fish taco on a hard shell. My husband had the ground beef burrito. Our selections were cooked to perfection. Nothing appeared precooked and was cooked per order. Parking is on the street infront of other Mom n Pop niche shops. Seating is spacious with wood tables and chairs. The concept is Hawaiian infusion with Mexican choices as well. You will find high protien choices, along with burgers and salads too. Yes, we recommend this for a late morning brunch.

Nice restaurant in a friendly neighborhood. Street parking is available, with a parking lot nearby. The food was great and the staff was vigilant with our needs. The wait times are low, but it is a fairly small restaurant with nonly a few tables for dine-in.Very affordable with bigger than average portions, though the dessert menu is very limited.Good option for dinner or lunch, or if you're just in the area and want to pass the time while waiting for the train.

First time at Hudson Taco and I was not disappointed. It got very busy right after we arrived, probably partially due to the graduation weekend. Nonetheless, the service was speedy and excellent

Our family of five adults stopped for dinner on Tuesday. Tacos on Hudson is a very strange establishment. It is primarily a take-out place but there are a few table to accommodate those wanting to dine in. The menu has two sides. The first is a selection of Mexican dishes, such as tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. The other side is a selection of Hawaiian inspired combo plates and salads. They also have a selection of appetizers and burgers. We started by sharing a plate of spring rolls and an order of shrimp nachos. My wife had a bean and rice burrito (she thought it was too dry). My daughter had shrimp tacos. I had the Hawaiian shrimp and chicken combo, which came with rice, broccoli and a most delicious macaroni salad. For dessert we shared a portion of fried ice cream (really good). The lady serving us was very efficient and friendly. The food was good and the price was very affordable. Overall this is a hidden gem.
