I complained about this time and time again with food delivery cars blocking the doorway entrance.I have not only a Handicap Permit which is not easy to obtain BTW, but a Disability where I have trouble waking! I have so many pictures it's redundant to even show them blocking the doorway. I even spoke to a upper manager person here where it's happening and he said he'll keep an eye on it! Really? How is that possible when he's not here more than I am. Matter of fact he was here and it happened right under his nose and he did not even notice! Today I've called Corporate and filed a complaint. I was also told days ago someone would get back to me and they never did. The next move is I will contact an attorney under the ADA Disability Act and sue you for not giving people safe passage into your business. I come here many times a day and spend money. Put a simple sign up!Parking: Plenty of parking just the food delivery drivers choose to block the entrance for convenience while people with disabilities like me need to walk around the car!

As with any large franchisee, there's restaurant to restaurant challenges to overcome, I gotta say they are always my favorite McDonalds'; from being a customer, to doing refrigeration work for them, it's a pretty homegrown company=] I've also always appreciated the guys who manage their properties also.

Prices are higher at Plainview store than other McDonalds. Drive thru orders are usually wrong, apple pies are always past their time stamp. Yesterday manager got nasty with my friend n I because we purchased 14 happy meals and asked to see the toys, other stores sell toys only. We were buying meals and the store was empty. We eat there after work almost every day, so much for loyalty n customer service. Going to Hicksville store from now on.
